This Ross store is 1 min from where I work. So I decided to return all 5 items in the receipt I bought 2 days ago from another Ross store near my house. It was 3 rugs and 2 tea cups for my new place. But we changed the design style of the house. The lady who helped me talked in Spanish to the supervisor, and they'd decided that one of the rugs "been use" and need to return at the original store?! What is the point? Even if no recipe, they can issue the store credit? I do have the org receipt. And it suprised me that the tag, barcode was originalwhen i buy them, plus it include a big and small rug still stick together, and the back fo this style of rug is alway not "all white color" becaue the accent of the front design would show on the back!! if anyone who has knowledge about goods would know. I dont mind to bring it back to the org store to return, it just another reason to go shopping again for me HOWEVER told me that somethign was use while it is vever open or use, make me so confuse about my logical, and I have to double question myself on how it been use and how can I have a pro tool to stick the 2 set rugs together like the pro to bring back to return... it doesn't make sense at all. I tear the tag in front of her and show her the back of the small rug, which the same oldie look. And she said well it been use. I didn't argument because if someone have some idea to "mean to ahve an attitude toward a customer.er who return the full item on receipt and mean give customer a hard time" then what the point to try to help them recognize that they can't tell which one is use and try to out back together VS which own is the oldie style...
Also, The long line wait for check out, about 45mins and only 2 cashiers for Thursday night plus look at the new never use rugs, still with original tag and told me it was use, I feel so upset. I will bring it to return to the original store, of course. But what the point that they are trying to proof to customer ? the dark dots on the back of this style of rugs, was always like this, I even thinking to I go back to the section to pull out another one to show them...but I didn't.

I am an avid shopper of all Ross stores across the US, and I am not hard to please .. the staff at this store were highly unprofessional and clearly did not appreciate their job or the customers that make their pay check possible .. security guard was paying on his phone as we walked in .. no "hi, welcome to Ross" not a glance towards the door to see who came in .. he then proceeded to walk around the store on his phone not paying any attention to who was doing what in the store .. the store was a mess .. the overhead signs did not match up with the sections of clothing under them .. the checkout line was over crowded .. the cashiers were not friendly .. sorry Ross .. today you did not live up to your corporate standards ?

This Ross has good clothes and other stuff but the employees are a bit rude. There’s this lady that works in the fitting rooms. She’s very serious and gave me attitude for no reason. They need to work on the check out as well; they are slow and hold up a big line.

Sometimes better organized and neater than other local Ross stores, but the disregard for the alarm tags going off on products in the store is extremely irritating.

today 4/9/24 at 8:05 Pm I came to the store to get my stuff that I needed I purchase $120 on the store and I Jade to use the restroom but the lady on charge of the dressing area just say the restroom are not on service we’ll I know that is a restroom is out of service the store gets a warning from the city. I think I’ll never come to this location anymore I’ll prefer to go to Burlington.

I love shopping at Ross, especially at this location that's literally down the street from my pad. There's always dope clothes with good prices. But for some reason it's always a hit or miss for me something catches my eyes...

I used to love this location since members were always beyond helpful, and always treated me well; but yesterday I had a TERRIBLE experience because of Marce the manager (tall, hunchback, curly blonde hair), who has O customer service skills and she is not just SUPER RUDE with customers, also with the personal (I can understand why everyone looks like they are having the worst day of their lives, if I was working there I would too ?). This used to be my favorite location but from now I’m avoiding it at all cost.
