Working here was awful. Shout out to that one employee Mercedes who never adhered to any sps protocols and always made me feel bad about not being useful as an sps. Maybe take that pretentious attitude elsewhere. Customers here are ghetto and would always steal without caring.

Been to 3 locations on the fly this month to do a quick return. 3 locations because the return attempts were bleak. Plan on being there a good 1/2 hour. The stores are not organized and short on employees. I suppose the security guard posted at the front door is for your safety against intrusion because they never leave that area.

I love how they are open till 11pm right who knew?! late night shopping for sure or emergency shopping for those like me lots of choices to choose from security don't hassle me too much here like other places

They keep the place clean, including the restroom, and surprisingly well organized considering the wide variety of products that varies regularly. It's very common to find things in here that I have never seen anywhere else. I've picked up some amazing items and always at a pretty good price

This store is always busy but the line moves pretty fast lately though the shelfs been looking empty, I don't think it's the stores fault though.

I am used to Ross stores being really messy, but this one is actually kept pretty clean and organized. You can find lots of nice articles of clothing here that would be harder to find elsewhere, as well as some cool knick-knacks or miscellaneous objects. The staff is pretty friendly. They also have great deals here. I would definitely come here again.

This is a great Ross. It's large but not monstrous so you can't lose your wife in it. What sets this Ross apart and truly makes or breaks any Ross is what they are like at closing. mini Ross stores lose much of their customer service at closing while trying to get customers out with idle threats or straight lies about register shutting down and being unable to help customers after a certain time. This is the kind of Ross where they just kill you with kindness and you want to be at the register before close because they were nice about it. You catch more flies with honey I think the saying goes. Well there's a lot of honey at this Ross
