I’m giving one star because there were not enough cashiers. I waited over 40 minutes in line just to check out. There were employees around, but none of them were stepping in to help at the registers. It’s frustrating to see staff assigned to other tasks while customers are stuck waiting. This needs to be addressed it’s not acceptable.

It's a typical ROSS, tons of clothing, tons of kitchen stuff and things for the home. Pretty tidy and organized compared to some I've been in around the country. I'd shop here again if in the area.

Good store but a worker in general was awful i saw her name tag it was lesly. Well I was looking at a dress in the dress area and I ask her if she maybe seen or had more dresses in this type of style and she ignored me and then asked me if i was going to buy the dress and just pulled it out of my hands.

You trailed me for at least 6 minutes pretending to straighten shelves as I browsed the flip flops section. It couldn’t have been more obvious, it was hilarious. Meanwhile the white Italian guy nearby was stuffing socks and underwear into his baby’s car seat. Now I’m not playing the race card but you dropped the ball on this one dude. Clear example of stereotyping.

Unpleasant experience. Customers who share the same ethnicity as workers are greeted & thanked but not those who don't. Manager talked w/lead cashier while line grew. Another cashier crouched behind counter working on a security tag. This left one cashier for 9 customers. Really awful experience here. :/
