The clothing sizes were mixed up and clothing on racks tangled up... Not anywhere to try on shoes & they ended up too big for 7 1/2's. LS shirt's mixed in with sweaters...Jesus and the lady at the dressing room on June 3 at 4-6 pm were very helpful to me because of my disability and it was greatly appreciated

Bad experience at Ross store on 3900 S Bristol St in Santa Ana. The clerk (818858) made a mistake, and she ended up charged my cc twice without explaining the reason until I pressed her for it. Now I have to wait for a refund from credit card company. It'd be OK if she admitted her mistake and explained the situation to the me, but she didn't, not even an apology. Mistakes do happen and the people who make the mistake need to acknowledge that.It has been a week now and still waiting for the refund.

The line never moves fast enough here? came in during lunch just to get a jacket for my second job. Couldn't even purchase because the line was not moving and way out into the isles and I had to get back to my other job. Guess I'll take my business else ware. My question is why was the line so out of control with 4 registers open. This place needs to hire more people for the registers or get them to move quicker. Ridiculous.

The cashiers are amazing but the loss prevention guy is horrible! He was following my mother and I around and made us super uncomfortable! Treated us like we were there to steal! Will never be coming again!

Sunday 12/11/22 the girls there are super rude. No name on their tags. Super rude to my wife ignored her when asked for a price and ignore her at time to pay. I ended up stepping in to ask her to help my wife. Super rude.

I went to Ross today 11/21/22. The store was extremely busy. Wanted to purchase a watch in the jewelry section but had to make line. By the time I made line the item I wanted would have been gone. The store associate Bryan was extremely helpful he listened to my concern I was afraid someone would purchase what I wanted even though I was first to ask for help. I requested to purchase and he assisted me immediately. I explained to him the gift was for my son and would be sad because he really wanted a watch in the mens section. He was very pleasant & understanding despite he was busy! I wanted to appreciate what he did. He made my sons day & I’m grateful for his generosity. Thank you Bryan!!! As a customer it put a smile to my face and my son. I hope management sees this feedback and I will also notify corporate. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Absolutely horrific. In the women's bathroom it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Someone had put plastic wrap over a toilet seat and someone PEED ON TOP! Not to mention the garbage that was in there, was higher than the toilet.Customer service was ok, but the employees looked like they had no clue what they were looking at.The whole rest of the store was a mess. Clothes, toys, underwear, decorations, shoes, clothing hangers, and anything else u can think of was on the floor. Stuff on shelves were unmarked and unorganized. The security tags were going off all through out the store.

Ive been here many times and customer sevice was good until today. One of the cashiers yelled at me not to pull the cart over the door but I didnt mean to do that. We cannot bring the cart to outside due to the long stick on the cart. Hope the manager trains her again so that customers get the best experience at this ROSS store

I buy 19 item.. I try to see the clothes on me.. the only allow eight item in a dressing room..I have to come back three time even before time to try the clothes on.. ! They are very rude!! they make me put the clothes back on the hanger to return back to them. I'm a customer they made me do thier job.. PS I buy 85% what clothes I try on! I want to buy more clothes. the price are good.. that why I come . But rude customer service!! They think that you may take something without paying.. every rude customer service. PS don't even try to ask they to get different size, they will said no..they will not look for me to see if they had it or not.. I had to go look for it myself..don't expect they would say hi and greet you friendly.. no one ask me if find everything okay..
