How bad they are, they towed my sister's car in their own parking lot and we went to get it out and they charged her more than 500 dollars. That's not nice, they're useless.

I encourage everyone to file a lawsuit against this predatory towing company, known as Santa Ana Club SP LLC , and its owner and operator, Jose Loya, for repeatedly cheating and harassing hundreds of Californias in Santa Ana. Mr. Loya engaged in rude behavior, illegally towed cars, overcharged for towing fees, falsified written authorization forms, forged property manager names, made racist and/ or derogatory comments to vehicle owners and customers. His drivers actively patrolled streets looking for cars to tow even if private property owners did not call for a car to be towed. This company has violated California' s business laws and the City of Santa Ana Ordinance and California Vehicular Code. This unlawful behavior has been reported to the Santa Ana Police Department numerous times and they do nothing at all to assist anyone. Citizens continue to get cheated and the police could care less.No one should have to pay hundreds of dollars to get their car back when they didn’t do anything wrong. There is no place for predatory businesses like this in any city in Orange County, California. The company persistently engages in deceptive and predatory business practices, including towing vehicles even when owners were on the scene and ready to move their vehicles.Mr. Loya repeatedly violated multiple state codes by charging more than allowed for towing fees, failing to wait the required grace period before towing, allowed forged signatures of property managers, engaging in deceptive pricing, committing straight up fraud, theft by deception, and hiring drivers who are low level unskilled and uneducated and cannot follow the laws of this state and country because they are not morally correct either.Yes, I hope you are reading this, all of you employees of this scam of a company, you are all a bunch of morally unacceptable evil people who are crooks and thieves. The problem is now you messed with the people who represent a symbol of American power and influence to all nations of the world and have a long history since 1941. You can thank president Franklin D. Roosevelt. If you continue following evil desires, and worshipping money, you will not have everlasting life and enjoy the blessings, peace, and joy that God brings. You can share that message with Santa Ana Police as well... since their main motto is "To Serve and Extort" their own people in their own city.

The lady who answered both the phone and is at the office is definitely under qualified for the job. As her job is to answer cars and release vehicles not only did she not know how to do her job by answering calls with me and with others hanging up calls while I was there. She has horrible attitude, unprofessional and blatantly rude. She is a horrible representation and reflection of this horribly ran business. I will be filing a small claim law suit with the company. When dealing with them and especially Lynessa, be aware!

TURN THEM IN! Small claims court and report to better business bureau. Predatory towing company. My car was parked in a private business complex. The signs say “no overnight parking” and does not specify parking for a specific business in the parking complex. I was at an event at one of the businesses in the complex that ended at 10:30pm. My car had been towed at 10:15pm. There were other cars parked in the complex and mine was towed. We arrived at the SA Tow and paid $465 for my car that was in their lot for 30 minutes. The woman working the desk told us to dispute it with the security company that authorized the tow. Called the security company the following day and it was a random worker’s contact information they gave out that worked at one of the businesses. He was upset his personal contact information was given out and could not help us. He redirected us to the towing company. We called the towing company asked to speak with the manger, we were told he had left for the day and his working hours were unpredictable because he goes to court a lot. I wonder why…. We asked how to dispute the tow she kept putting us on hold to get paperwork blah blah giving us the run around. She took down our information and said the manager would contact us back. Let’s see how true that is. Karma will catch up to this horrible place.

Never have to step but in there. But they did to let my car and the people were really nice and streaming. My calls late at night. She even suggested that I wait because it would be cheaper to go the next day. So they're nice.

The girl in the front desk literally laughs at you for getting towed and having to pay half a grand to them. Research vehicle codes 22658 and 22953. They did not notify the Police Department before removing the vehicle -- leading to an emergency call for a stolen vehicle

I always park at Jack in the box in Santa Anna and buy tacos at the end of the night they towed me most likely because they saw I have merchandise in my car and if you don’t claim the vehicle they take it was jack in the box pack and my car was in the way no, there’s no parking in that area, now I owe 450$ for some tacos. I hope everyone who works here becomes homeless and gets hit by a bus
