I am shocked at how rude some people can be. I have been filing my taxes here for the last 4 years and never had a bad experience with anyone. Today I called to receive an update on some forms I sent over for my husband and I & the lady who took my call (Araceli) was so rude after I asked a simple question, such a nasty attitude. I am in disbelief at the service I received today, I’ve always done my taxes with Hugo and receive the best service from him & for that I am providing 3 stars but Araceli needs to get checked and possibly receive further training regarding her lack of customer service skills.
