I have the pleasure of using this storage facility for my personal belongings, and I must say that my experience has been outstanding. First and foremost, the security measures in place are top-notch, as I have not heard of any break-ins in the past year that I have been storing my items there. This gave me great peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure.Additionally, I was pleased to find that the facility is well-maintained, with no sign of rats or cockroaches. This was a big relief, as I have had bad experiences in the past with other storage facilities that were infested with pests.The staff at this facility are exceptional. They are always friendly and helpful, and the hours of operation are convenient for me. I also had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, David, who is a true professional. He is respectful and down to earth, and he went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my storage unit.Overall, I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a safe, clean and reliable storage solution. Like many others here I can confirm that this place has a rat infestation. Absolutely disgusting, droppings everywhere. The rats bit through many of my items and destroyed several as well. If the items were more valuable I would consider taking them to small claims but its not worth my time. Take your business elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.

There is mice here and the best thing they did was bring me mouse traps! My personal items are filled with mice droppings. Don't bring them any business.

This storage place is the worst!!! I went in need of a storage and found this place they seemed nice at first. A had this storage for a few months didn't go much until 4 weeks ago and saw mice in my unit. I went to report it and they seemed so careless just offering me cheap mice traps. I was so upset because honestly they didn't seem to care telling me that I could leave if I wanted to. After I was bugging about the mice they became very rude. This place is just disgusting knowing they are infested with rodents and they don't do anything to make it better no pest control no looking into where they were coming from. I can't imagine how all the other units are. I took some of my stuff and all my boxes had droppings I had to throw a lot of stuff away.
