This place is NOT GOOD. They scammed my aunt out off 1000 and didn't bother to even try to make the car look any different. We took it to a different mechanic and they only charged us $250 for the issue. The mechanic is really a horrible person, first of all to be mean and scam others to benefit your own pocket. Its shocking. Then you this man has to nerve to YELL at a women because he knew he messed up. I hope your business gets what it deserves.

Even at a 30+ miles drive, I don't trust anyone but kenny at Santa Ana Transmission. He always gets my car to where it needs to be. Everyone here seems to be very knowledgeable about any car that I bring to them. Great service and great price.

Great service. Very happy with them. My SUV had a massive oil leak, rear main seal and they found 2 other leaks and fixed them. No more puddles of oil under my car. ?

So my 2000 Toyota Sienna XLE's transmission recently gave out while I was in Santa Barbara and I towed it here to get it replaced ($300). (There were no leaks or problems with the van prior to this) The total came out to $1600 (without including towing) for a rebuilt transmission and a rear main seal replacement. I went out to Toyota Place in Garden Grove to get a rear main seal replacement that cost me $60. I handed them the (brand new) seal meaning it shouldn't be leaking after being replaced. While I was there I talked with Kenny about how it could've happened, then Toan (the shop owner) came out from the back of the shop and started talking trash about how my van was old and it's basically a piece of junk because of how old the entire engine was. (The van has 200k+ miles on it but it starts up easily and runs like a champ) So I get into a heated argument with Toan about why the rear main seal was leaking in the first place, (Remember, the van had no leaks or problems prior to any of this) and Toan has the gall to say that the leak was already there when they got the van. Meanwhile Phat, his little buttbuddy starts chiming in on the argument to try and back up his employer. All I'm saying is that Toan (The shop owner) and Phat have absolutely zero customer communication skills. I went home to check for any more problems afterwards and lo' and behold, my power steering pressure hose is pouring out fluid, the rear main seal is still leaking, the radiator transmission cooler is leaking, the exhaust manifold bolt is snapped and is making noise, and the steering wheel is offset. I called them to get them to fix it but they said that the problems were already there and won't be liable for them. All in all I spent about $2k to have leaks and problems on my van.
