Hidden gem! So many high end appliances at fantastic prices! This is no frills, but that's fine as I'd rather save money. Our contractor sent us over or I would not have known about them. Have an idea of what you want before going. Excited to receive delivery.

The only place to go if you want the BEST DEAL. Appliances I bought were under warranty which is great so if I have any issues the MFR can replace. Their referred installers were excellent. Only constructive feedback I would give: Phone number/ ability to get someone on the phone is very unreliable. If you have follow up questions, you'll have to drive there and chat in-person.

do not buy a appliance from this company. they do not stand behind their products. spent 5000 dollars and as soon as I needed help with broken knob on my Thor oven, did not turn phone calls or texts.Ray is bad news.

Went there and they have a ridiculous amount of stock, not sure how they are more known. I asked them and apparently they lost all the reviews in Google for a mistake while verifying the account. Well, let me tell you this, they might not be super tech savvy but their prices are super good, haven't seen anything getting even close. Also they were very responsive. I wonder if this is some sort of a trade secret for contractors! What a find!!

Great selection on appliances at great prices. I got all top of the line equipment for my new kitchen and saved a bundle. The employees there are fantastic and delivery was a breeze.

If you want a good price for quality merchandise go there! Is it perfect maybe not, yes there is a lot of merchandise with that said, Ray knows exactly where to find anything you may need. Does one need to be patient? Yes, they are busy. I recommend going on off times, I went there last Friday right at 10 am and someone was there already. Have a good idea of what you are looking for. Do your homework that will save you. Go other places to ask your questions. That will help you be patient and not get frustrated. I have shopped there for different jobs and I appreciate them. They are busy. Know that going in. Ray puts in effort to satisfy all of their clients. They really do care. Yes, maybe understaffed but they have so much knowledge and that's not easy to teach. There are hundreds of appliances. They are doing Their best. Lastly, trust them. They do lead you the right way.

The good: I got 4 Bosch appliances here: dishwasher, stove/range, fridge, and microwave drawer. The prices were cheaper here than they are at other stores that sell the same appliance. The worker who showed me around was friendly and informative. I learned from him that Z-line appliances are currently being recalled. I was thankful for that information because that was the brand I was about to go with. The bad: I wanted to get an insert hood here as well but there weren't any to view and there wasn't much of a selection. The ones they had were pricey. The interior is a bit tight and narrow in some areas and disorganized in others. They do not deliver any appliances but they do have someone you can hire and pay to deliver your stuff. I just hired my own separate person (Black Bear Delivery Services). They had enough of a selection for what I was looking for but it isn't a huge selection. The interesting: They have a very cute and friendly Frenchie there who roams around freely. He doesn't mind getting petted and he will greet you at the front door.

The worst experience ever it took me one year to get my Apliances all the time with lies saying ordered already or I was in the warehouse finally I got frezar and fridge one it was dented and not functioning correctly the other was open box we paid full price and we got crap bad Custumer service

Really wish I had read these reviews before engaging with this company. Like many others here I am in the middle of being strung along with very little communication and am now 4 months into waiting for a certain range that has been promised to be fixed for my pickup many times. Imagine that, still waiting to pick up 4 months after original pickup date (on the original pickup date in August, before I left to pick it up I called just to confirm and they told me there was a super minor tweak to make it perfect for me and they apologized but asked if I could I pick it up the next week). I am in San Diego and have documented over 30 calls and texts with the owners who know my situation and always promise 'to look into things' and update me but I have literally never received a call back. Not once. My renovation is being delayed because of this and I have been without a way to cook normally for my toddler for FOUR MONTHS because they can't be bothered to prioritize my family or at least give me an honest straightforward update. I understand that they have been waiting for a certain repair man but sometimes when I call they say they forgot or lost track of when they last reached him and will look into it, and again never call me back to give me an update. GUYS- please make this right. Call me or my husband to update us. Is this going to come through? I just need to know either way. I just need to know. I JUST NEED TO KNOW. I am in a terrible position at this point and have lost so much money and time changing kitchen installation schedules and ordering in. I will update this review when there is a resolution, and I hope it is a happy 5 star one with a good explanation. If it is still here without an update, well, that tells you all you need to know about customer service.
