I have always seen ads or commercials of Sleep Number Beds for as long as I remember so I decided to finally invest in one. I went in to the South Coast-Bristol location not knowing what to expect. The salesperson that helped us out that evening was Alan. He approached us in a super kind manner and proceeded to walk us around the store showing us each bed. He took my existing back pain into consideration when showing us each bed as well. We had to wait on one bed for about 30 minutes because of other buyers hanging out on it but no time was wasted as Alan directed us to see our financing options. He was just the kind of salesperson we needed to make our experience a great one. Chris who is the store manager at the location was also extremely helpful in the following days as there was a small hiccup in our order. He and Aland quickly addressed the issue and offered solutions that best fit our needs. Please do yourself the favor and go in to the South Coast- Bristol location if you are thinking about buying a Sleep Number Bed!

You would think when you buy a $7,700 bed it wouldn't fall apart in five years. My wife has suffered with a lopsided Zero Gravity Position for over a year and a half. Customer service tried an "unplug fix" over the phone but it didn't work. Today I find that the screw assembly that holds the mattress to the frame has come loose (if it was ever attached at all). This is supposed to be the Rolls Royce of all beds, instead, maybe we have an Exploding Ford Pinto. More on this after I waste another morning trying to get someone to fix this.

Just came here to check out the store, not really looking to buy but we got some amazing customer service from Chris! If I am ready to buy I will definitely come here for a new mattress.

We purchased our Sleepnumber mattress in 2019 and the pump has failed for the second time. Even though we purchased a 25 year warranty and were told by the sales men that the warranty covered everything. Now I'm being told that I have to pay over $186.00 for a pump!Beware what they tell you. It's not true

Bad experience with original mattress and getting ripped off on Sleep Number support during my move! Be very careful if your making this investment like I did. So my POST purchase dealing with Sleep Number has been incredibly frustrating. In fact I am willing to sell my 1 year old Sleep number 10 mattress, base and the premium head board for a steep discount just to be done with these people. REPLY TO MY POST IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN OFFER! I AM WILLING TO DEAL TO BE DONE WITH SLEEP NUMBER.My original mattress ended up being a dud. After working with customer service and doing all kinds of weird setting adjustments I agreed to wait till the cut off date if I was to exchange. Being as the original mattress was bad I called and requested the change. Now that was an experience, 3 days before my ability to exchange the mattress the customer service agent kept fighting me on the exchange. She kept telling me it was final....no kidding Karen....I don't want the bad mattress. I had to pay $250 dollars plus the higher cost of the model due to inflation just to get a good mattress.Now currently I am finding out the absolute brutal reality of dealing with Sleep Number if I need to move. No I am moving a whole 10 miles, so its local. Yet they will be charging me $250.00 to come buy and break down the bed. I HAVE TO MOVE IT or have my movers help me and then I HAVE TO PAY THEM another $250 to come out and set the bed up again. The real joy is they will only send a technician out (who comes in their delivery truck by the way) 5 days before my move and they don't come back for another 2 weeks to set it back up. Basically I am couch surfing for 3 weeks. So imagine how happy you will be when its time to move, will cost you an additional $500 and your likely to be couch surfing for weeks at a time.Which is ironic because we get these beds to help with our sleep and back pain. Listen the bed itself is what I expected it to be, I don't use all the settings so I look back and realize I got sucked into the sales pitch and can get by with something simpler.At the very least try to negotiate free relocation of the bed or something of that nature.

Amazing staff. Didn’t push a sale on you. Asked what you were wanting out of your bed and sleep. They have a cool way to show your pressure spots on a bed and in real time see how the pressure goes away with their technology. They were all very nice and helpful.

I was in dire need of my Sleep number bed replacement remote as it was lost during a recent move. I ordered it online but after 4 weeks of no updates I called & found out that it was back ordered & won't be available until next year! What!! I was disappointed as unable to adjust my bed to my sleep number of 75 & it had deflated some in the move. I called Santa Ana location & left a message in the hopes of buying it directly from them so I didn't have to wait. My back was beginning to feel a bit tight due to not sleeping on my ideal setting & hence the urgency. I got a call back from store manager Chris Phillips & he acknowledged the remote's back order issue & was empathetic towards my back pain issue & after discussing with his staff decided to offer me a floor model remote (his last one) to help out & for free! I was so relieved. Rob a store staff guided me through resetting the new remote on the phone & now my bed is back to prefect condition. Thank you Chris & team so so much. your kindness is appreciated. I will definitely keep your store in mind if I buy another bed. I love my sleep number bed. What a nice early Christmas gift :)

Mark Gil at Santa Ana location did an excellent job helping answer all of my questions. He went into great detail and was so helpful. He was still very kind even though I purchased our new bed directly through Select Number 1-800's number the day before I cam into the store. I ended up buying additional items and Mark was very helpful. I would definitely ask for him again. He went above and beyond and I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Thank you Mark!!

So we were looking for a mattress for our new home and we randomly went into this store while I was pregnant. At first we were just browsing but because of Chris the sales manager was so informative and help we bought an i8 king size split mattress with bed frame. Chris was amazing and very friendly even his after service sales was amazing. Whenever we call he was there to help us. Will definitely recommend coming here. So after I gave birth we went back to thanked him for his great service. The mattress is also amazing especially when it's split so I can control my side while my husband can set his own setting :)
