Was only trying to get WiFi for my new home and this lady that was helping me forgot her name but she kept giving me attitude because I wouldn't take the deals she was telling me about . And started telling me things in a rude way couldn't take no for an answer. Husband and I are very upset we couldn't just get the WiFi without her being rude . We've been customers before for 4 years and never had this problem before .

I recently changed my plan to save money, being assured the 4-5 channels I watch would not change. The next morning the channels are not included and shut down. When I called, my plan was returned to the original with an additional $5 charge per month. $168/ month. Will be changing to a new provider soon

my internet disconnect, so i called, okay they say nothing wrong, okay so maybe a new modem will fix it, wait one hour in line to get new modem,WOW,same problem, new customer get better service and pay less. ; new customers get 70/mo for 500, i'm paying 100 for the same,(24mo-new customer)seems spectrum wants new customer , but charges more for loyalty, and no help with the disconnect problem, so bad, cannot finish a game , just disconnects 100mo-1200 year for poor service, wait in line, (weekday, wonder what it' like on the weekend)had this same service for years, funny how they raise the price 20/mo and the internet disconnects ? tried to chat with them on the spectrum site, no helpso sad i have paid thousand of dollars, over the years, any one have a better internet?

Poor customer service. The girl helping me (photo attached) was on her phone texting the entire time she helped me with her manager Javier next to her not telling her to get off of her personal cell phone.

The service at the spectrum store on Seventeen St by the 55 freeway was excellent. However, I had to drive to this store from another spectrum store (Bristol St) as for some reason it was closed. No sign on the door indicating that it was closed and I was there during the posted open hours.

Some of these employees wouldn't know what customer service is if it hit them in the face. So sad, and don't walk in at a wrong time where you are interrupting their "free" time while they are on the clock.

I was ready for this experience to be a headache but it was quite pleasant. I was setting up new internet service with Spectrum and the package that had my modem was stolen. Spectrum was super nice and said come on down to grab a new one. The walk-in wait was kind of long (maybe 20-30 minutes) but when I was called up to the counter it was super easy and within a couple minutes I was walking out with a new modem.

Services at this store location is very poor! 3360 S Bristol, Santa Ana, CA. Made an appointment through Spectrum Company for this store on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:40pm. Even got a confirmation text from them. When l got there the store was closed. Hours are stated open 10-8:00 pm. No call back that they were closing early. Drove down there for my appointment and they were a no-show. I was furiously mad. A complete waste of my time! Went to the store the next day wanting my cell phone activated and they said they couldn't help me. I do have a Spectrum account and after being told from Spectrum Corporate that this store and the people there can help me and get my cell phone activated. Salespeople at this store were completely useless, d**** ignorant and stupid. Not even willing to help with customer's problems and activation issues. Also, this store does not have a store manager on premises to handle my concerns. Again, a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this Spectrum Store in Santa Ana. Go to another Spectrum Store for better service and with knowledgeable service personnel.

This guy had a serious personality issue. I don't know his problem. Just let me return my equipment. My last return was way easier so I know how it's supposed to go but he dragged his feet and took his time. Yep. Im writing this while standing in front of him. It shouldn't take this long.

One of my best experiences at a spectrum store. Melissa was very helpful in figuring out my phones trade in and activating my new device. She even offered to transfer my phones data.
