Definitely not small business friendly. Very time consuming to meet compliance. Hopefully the next admin will cut some of this red tape out.

Customer service is horrible at responding. It's taken over 2 months to take care of one issue.

Bad workers comp providers -They are horrible at communication and ready to cancel the policy with ease. They simply don’t care about businesses they cover. They won’t call you to fix anything- pain to work with
