came into this store last year to cancel my service with them because I was switching to metro which is literally right next door. after running back and forth getting everything set up for the switch low and behold 8 months later I'm receiving a bill from a CREDITOR in the mail explaining I owe T-Mobile $800 for not properly canceling my services before switching to metro. for T-Mobile being one of the most expensive services there is you would think they would at least have decent customer service.

Poor customer service on behalf of management. My father In-Law came in to request a copy of his purchase receipt, the purchase was made over 12 months the ago. Saul (manager) didn't even try to see if he was able to pull up the record before saying he had no access. I rude matter he basically told them to leave if they didn't need anything else all while other customers were looking on. I was just the T-Mobile store at Brea Mall a few days ago, the sales associate there had access for up to 24 months, however his manager was able to go back to my purchase from March of 2019, well over 24 months. It's unfortunate to see management with poor customer service skills, especially when it comes towards our Hispanic community who sometimes need a bit more of assistance or guidance.

Please go to the TMobil store on 218 S State College Blvd in Anaheim, which has a super nice and proffesional customer services, like Nate (a very patient staff) or Abril (a friendly staff) - a 5 stars for the location at State College & Lincoln.0 star for T-Mobil Bristol & Warner in Santa Ana, CA location.

This store has serious discrimination! I am Asian and I came to this store to apply for a phone card! Waiting 40 minutes without service!! They give priority to Spanish guests!! A lot of customers came after me and they all gave priority and nobody paid any attention to me! I asked twice and their staff said 10 minutes!! But it won't serve my business! The guests behind me are constantly being advanced!!!

My parents came into today 9/5/23 and were helped by Hispanic lady who was so rude, and had a disgusting personality. I was told all about it and am definitely not happy. If she’s giving attitude when being asked for help by customers when that’s literally her only job there she need to find another one . All my parents wanted to do was buy a new phone for my dad and let me not mentioned how she didn’t even know how to backup an iCloud. What she couldn’t do in 1hr i did for my parents at home in 20 minutes with no degree ?. She even mentioned that her daughter goes to dance school like nobody cares. I wouldn’t call her racist because we are also of Hispanic decent but she need to be talked to by a supervisor because I know we probably haven’t been the only ones receiving this has bad attitude.

I came into t mobile to change carrier and Luis G was very helpful and made the change very simple and easy unlike my recent carrier, he Called customer service to get information that my last carrier didn’t wanna give me and helped me and my family join the T mobile network! Ask for him if you ever need help with anything he makes the entire process very easy!

Came to this Great T mobile store been with this company quite some time. Quietness ? was one of the things I couldn't get at this store they had some banda music playing so loud it was hard to listen to the t mobile representative. This happen today Friday may 19 at 6 pm. I came in the store about 1 hour before closing time on a Saturday. It was as busy as it can be. However, I was helped right after checking in. VINCE helped me out and provided Excellent Customer Service to me. Make sure to ask for him, he will go above and beyond to make sure you leave the store satisfied with your purchases.

The workers here are all over the place I came here to pay my phone bill on march 14, 2023 at 7:38pm and was waiting in the front of the door to be put on the waiting list and one of the workers made sure all the people waiting were on the list and updated them and he took the person in front me is name and put them on the list and then I was next but instead he walked away and proceeded to just stand there so I just walk up to him and say I am here to pay my phone bill and noting didn’t say anything and walked off ?not even metro or Verizon do this type of stuff

When there. For a service and one the guys who was at the entrance ask us the reason for us to be there wich we tell him my phone screen its crack and i have insurance i want to make it effective. He just not only fake it to put us in on the tablet he never help us we wait for 48 mins never help us , while the other's employees where helping new costumer's who where way afther us, 2 employees helping one costumer 8 employees where at that store and 2 employees per costumer. ? T-mobile don't train their employees? Worse service ever and for the record this issue was december 30 2022 at 5:58 we wait for 48 mins for nothing

very bad service I went to buy a tablet and they offered me internet from home which they were deceived because they give you an offer and then they do not respect it and especially a girl named Jazmin I do not recommend this store they are very liars

Great service...remember if you are getting a new phone. Back up photos and videos before
