Ángel Ávalos is always such a big help to me and my family. He always greets us with a smile and positive energy. He knows what he's doing and makes you feel comfortable. I just bought my iPhone 15 and he made it super easy and explainable for me to understand.

I came here on 10/6/23 to buy a new iPhone last minute and left a very satisfied customer. My personal belongings were taken including my cell phone among other things. I was already having difficulty getting access to my accounts as well as the bank. Daniela & Erick went above and beyond to help me walk out with a new iphone. We stayed at the store until closing time. Im so happy I came to this store location because I don't think I would have received the same level of customer service & care elsewhere!

Poor skills on opening up a line "Isac the Manager had to be co pilot for Kelly she sux at customer service and setting up a line she literally took a whole day and took her lunch late so she will remember this review for sure! Not only that she forgot to set up our watches we had to return for extra time to connect watches she literally just wanted to sale not satisfy the customer be careful! Just a heads up..We had to literally finish activation next day trew phone on a operator did a better job. Thanks to the operator we are set with lines and better service thanks !this props go to Felicia from customer care ?.

I came into the store to activate a few lines and was delightfully greeted by the workers. Luis immediately helped me and catered to my needs professionally and was knowledgeable about current specials and explained everything very thoroughly. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I highly recommend this T-Mobile and Luis to any of your needs!

I cannot believe the amount of time these people waisted. I came in a couple days ago to upgrade my iphone 13 with a trade in for the $830 promotion for the iPhone 14. They looked at my iPhone 13 and stated the water damage indicator inside the sim tray was missing so they could not accept the phone. They asked if there where any repairs done to the phone and I said no. The manager told me I would need to take the phone to the Apple Store and get something from them stating the phone had no water damage seeing as the only option they have is the water damage indicator. I did just that. I set up an appointment and took the phone to the Apple Store and had them do a full diagnostics. They mentioned on the "genius bar work authorization" they printed out that there was no water damage indicator in the SIM card tray ( which we already knew) they also stated on the printout that " proposed Resolution: No issued found on the device for any indication of liquid present on the device and the trade in should be full value of the device" I did exactly what the manager told me to do and took the phone back in with the printout directly from apple like the manager asked for. After reviewing the form he stated that because apple could not find the water damage indicator in the sim tray they could not accept the phone. What was the point of sending me to apple and wasting my time if we already knew this? How was I supposed to know that when I purchased the phone brand new to check the SIM card tray for the water damage indicator? This is absolutely crazy. They are basically forcing me to go to a different company. The apple rep was trying to get me to do the upgrade there. Only reason I did not was because the promotion is $800 at apple instead of $830. Maybe I should take this as a sign and start shopping around again

If I could give it less I would.!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!This store is absolutely HORRIBLE, 0 customer service skills. In 2020/1 There was a staff member who actually made me feel threatened, he squared his chest and shoulders and almost pressed his chest and face against mine, I let customer service know and I never even got an apology. I let it go, moved on and started going to a different store.Just recently I went in once more because I'm sure that person no longer works there, I go in and place an order for a screen protector. I was told everything is great, order placed, wait for it in the mail and thats that. Well ive placed 4 different orders for the same things at different times and I have yet to receive anything. Called customer service and they can't do anything either.I am absolutely fed up with T Mobile and they're horrible customer service.NO I do not recommend, do not go there!!!

I'd like to take a moment to commend the outstanding customer service from Izzy and Erick. I met them at the Cinco de Mayo event a week ago (where they had a booth), and the assistance they provided went above and beyond. At first, Izzy thoroughly explained the process of setting up this new T-Mobile internet system. (I have been wanting to inquire about it, but busyness overcomes.) Thankfully, Izzy stated it's an easy setup and can be done the same day. He even offered to do it for me at my residence (a block away). Izzy and Erick both came through and setup everything in about 15 minutes! I had a slow AT&T internet service, as that is the only option on my side of town. So far, the internet has been great. Thank you, Izzy and Erick, for going the extra mile! And thank you T-Mobile for having associates like them!

There is a reason I am loyal to T-Mobile. It’s not just because the service itself never gives me problems, and the T-Mobile phone support teams are always patiently helpful. It’s because of the little things.I recently joined my account with another T-Mobile customer account. I had no clue how to do it, and while many of the steps were handled with the T-Mobile phone support team, I still needed some face-to face guidance. Today I walked into the fairly crowded T-Mobile retail location at 17th and Bristol. Within 30 seconds, T-Mobile associate Itzel had my old and new phones in hand, making the transfer of data appear to be the easiest thing in the world.What I appreciated most is that it was clear I wasn’t there to make a large purchase. But Itzel (and her manager) treated me with kindness and respect, and allowed me to sit at a table while Itzel took care of everything. Thank you Itzel! I appreciate your patience with me today. You made my life that much easier today!

This is one of the only T-MOBILE stores who charges for a defective Sim. Good thing customer service over the phone understands and willing to refund the money back. If you're in a situation and need to replace your Sim card other locations will do it free of charge but if you're here to avoid arguing just pay it and call care for the refund.

Bristol Store (1SRQ)!I was having a hardware issue with my iPhone & was looking for a work around, Brian took a minute to ask some background questions, pushed a couple of buttons & came up with a great answer...Thanks to Brian, I had access to my phone & texts within the hour.

On 3/13 around 6:45pm I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door with my friend. I had convinced her to open a line with T-Mobile because I love their costumer service. None of the representatives took our names or let us know how long the wait would be. I tried to be understanding because every representative was helping a costumer. Later on a different costumer came in. One of the representatives became unoccupied and immediately turned to him. The costumer informed the representative that we were there first and to help us but the representative ignored this and decided to help him instead. I don’t know why this unprofessional behavior happened. Anywho my friend will now open a line with Verizon and I might as well too.
