Josh who I'm guessing is a manager is extremely rude and had no problem getting an attitude for a simple return. He really should go to an anger management program and learn how to handle customers when already annoyed from other things going on. This is not what I would expect from Target.

The target security with the beard and glasses is amazing ! That guy deserves a raise and promotion ! Give him a raise ! I believe his name was JuanHundred, hes the only Juan !

I have tried calling every department over the last 30 minutes and no one is able to pick up a phone. I came shopping last night and spent 400$ and the clerk did not put one of my bags in my cart. I am missing items!! On top of that the JUSTINS PEANUT BUTTER CUPS I BOUGHT ARE OVER A MONTH EXPIRED! this area is riddled with homeless people - avoid this store! Everyone is too lazy to check shelves for expired items and to answer phones.

This store is seems to be always pretty organized very convenient location so if you forgot some thing from another store, or you need something really quick for the most part, you'll be able to find it here sometimes are really long lines not enough cashiers, but they do have the self checkout lines open so sometimes it's a little rough to maneuver, especially if you're in a hurry but overall awesome

Do not buy gift cards here. This is the second time that I have bought a gift card that someone scammed the money off of. Target does not care. I shop at this store all of the time and am so disappointed. Got a hold of the gift card company and they are going to investigate and it can take 45 days. Found out the gift card was used on the 19th at surprise Target!!

If y'all like to be profiles and followed all over the store this is the best place ever. Some worker must have thought it was suspicious that my blind mother had to touch the shoes to know what they looked like? The worker kept following us around all the shoes but I thought "she's probably doing actual work right?" Wrong. Because then we went to see the male shirts and wow would you look at that! The shoe lady magically had a t shirt to fold or something!! She just keeps having to work right behind us or something right?? Not to mention we KEPT seeing her follow us all over and completely disregard the weird guy fully covered riding his bike through the store. But nah clearly my blind mother wearing normal mom clothes was the suspicious one

Was in hotwheels section yesterday because of the new release i get there they asked me to wait then told me to come back tomorrow i come back waited for them to open the box only half was in other ones im looking for is gone Alejandro(clerk) was restocking told me there is more coming out however later on he came back telling me he cannot restock until everything is sol i told him i just need full set i can take them all i asked for manager trying get the toy then the manager Brigid comes tell me there is nothing in the back. Telling me sometime people hide stuff in the back and they checked the story just dont make sense and wasted 2days trying get a toy.

Worst Target EVER!!! This location should not exist! Uber sent me here because it was the one on 17th Street. Come to find out, it is the WRONG Target! There is 2, both in Santa Ana!!! Both on 17th Street!?!? Like, HOW IS THAT A THING?!!!! On top of that my Uber drivers just keep passing by me because they assume I must be on drugs and homeless to be near this crappy Target. I don't blame them. You have to be high to shop at this location. They don't even have any napkins or snacks at their Starbucks inside. Get out of here with that level of "service"(LOL!) They're horrible and rude about it too! I barely got out of there. Took 45 minutes for an Uber driver to be brave enough to come get me from this crap-hole location!

This location is not great for drive-up pick up. I waited about 10 minutes and the woman waiting in the car next to me got out of her car and walked into the store. I was worried that the store had different hours for the drive up service, but it turns out they are just really slow. After 5 more minutes had passed, I almost went inside too but an employee walked out with my order, and with him was the woman whose car was parked next to mine. I was surprised by the 15 minute wait because I usually only wait 2-3 minutes for my order to be brought out at other Target locations.

They always have what I need and today they helped me when they didn't need to. I was there earlier tonight and In my distraction, I had requested cash back but forgot to take it. I went back and the workers were very kind and helpful and actually gave me the cash back. They weren't in a position to have to help me yet they did. Thank you! I always go to that target and now I'll continue to visit whenever I need to buy anything! I know you didn't ask to see the receipt but here it is.

This is the first time Ive placed an in-app order for something I would drive to pick up. I placed the order at 4:58 PM called the store at 5 PM to ask about possible color (selection if any), Ivan was the person who answered the phone & since he was unsure, he contacted the floor personnel to make sure that the UPC item I ordered showed up with other colors or not. He advised me that that color blue/gray/cloud color is the only one they had and my order should be ready in two hours. I drive up it's almost 8 PM I finally get a notice and an email both stating the items are out of stock! What!! Are you freaking kidding me? After I drive 30 minutes over here just to find out the item is out of stock and the person who answered the phone didn't tell me someone else could pick up my items if they weren't going to buy the time they had it ready? This is a horrible experience who wants to pick something up that maybe somebody else can pick up before you get there? Worst experience ever! So the only nice thing was that the helpful person who takes out the order, Patrick, did his best to try and find out why I can no longer get it and why I was able to order it in the first place if they don't have any. He doesn't know why either, but somehow they were able to give me a $20 gift card for my troubles & because of my issues driving all the way down here. Thank you Patrick for your help. Order in-app at your own risk people!! Or just drive to the dang store and pick it up yourself. Forget about using an app that doesn't work

I don't like making reviews for stores like these or fast food places because each experience will be different. Plus, I usually always order for pick up so I rarely ever roam inside the store. This is my local target for most of my life and I believe since it first opened in that plaza. I personally never have a problem with the workers, they all seem to be young and on top of it. Returns and pick-ups are too easy, makes my visit super quick. A big thank you to Josh today for being so kind and helping me out! He's always greeting people at the front entrance. Also appreciate everyone I've encountered at guest services.

I have been coming to this target for years and never had anyone check my receipt while using self check out until today when an employee Isaiah who was helping another customer stopped in order to ask me for my receipt and checked through every single item. I was with my baby and 3 younger siblings while this happened. I asked him if they just started doing this since no one has ever ask for a receipt and he said it's always been like that and I told him no one has ever asked for it and he said will sometimes it happens making it sound like I seemed suspicious that I might not paid for some items. It was such a unpleasant experience today and on top of that he didn't checked other peoples receipts he just told them they were good to go. I will not be coming to this target anymore!!
