This store has online scammers. I brought a package of Tropi Cups (jelly candy snacks) online for 10.99. A couple hours later, I get a notice that the order is ready for pick up. TWO minutes later, I get another email that the order was suddenly cancelled and I will get a refund of 10.09. NOT EVEN ALL MY MONEY BACK. I'm trying to call now but no one will pick up. Total scammers.If anyone else has experienced this, please comment and let me know.

Target Bristol location is committing gift card fraud to customers. Avoid buying gift cards here. Here is my horrible experience.I bought Target Gift card with my target circle account. I have gifted it to a friend. All of a sudden after a month when my friend tried using there is no balance on the gift card. My friend called me I felt real bad of the situation.When we contacted Target they said there is a fraud on their store and they cancelled gift cards. Who gave right to Target to cancel my gift card after deducting money from my credit card. We were asked to prove that we did buy the gift card. Luckily I bought it with Target circle so I had digital receipt. What if I had paper and lost it? Who is responsible for this? Target management is it not called cheating customers?

Been calling the store for over an hour because my son accidentally left his iPad at the store. I am unable to leave my house to go back due to his teacher coming to give him classes. No one has answered the phone during the entire hour ive been trying to get a hold of them. This is ridiculous and bad customer service.

Bad experience came here on my lunch break to grab a bite at the target cafe and the employee working told me they were closed already. I see online they don't close till 5pm & it was 4:25pm when I arrived. I guess she decided to close earlier for fun. But super disappointed. I advise to retrain her on the repercussions time.

Worst organized Target I've ever been to. Especially talking about the makeup aisles. Low stock on pretty much everything from foundation, lipstick, eyeliner and eye shadow palettes. I had to dig through messed up piles of products just to see if there might be what I was looking for. I saw a target employee come by to scan a product but immediately left. It didn't seem like a well-managed section of the store.

I have to give some love to Target South Coast. I have been ordering curbside pickup for about nine months and have never been disappointed with the associate's selections. In contrast, I have been to other stores and in some cases they bring out packages that were already opened, appear suspicious, or mear expiration dates. This store has been 100%. Tips: Use the Target app and let them know you're coming. Always always check the expiration dates on perishable items and personal items such as Neosporin....yes this has an expiration dates. Lastly let them know you brought your own bag so they reverse the $1 charge. Happy shopping!!!

This is not my normal target but I decided to go in and grab last min groceries and when I went to grab cheese I found a bunch of cheese moldy! I'm so disgusted by this, I brought it up to the lead up at the front and left. I will not be coming back here this needs to be taken care of!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! if I could leave 0 stars I would, my amazing bf bought me the camera that I have wanted for many years ! Any way , I open the box that comes with extra lenses , and I see that there is ALL LENSES and the EXTRA ACCESSORIES, but no I mean NO. CAMERA , the main item . Please make sure that the workers are checking the boxes if they are returned and then placed for sale. Now I have to go back out of my way to return the item and get a new one, when I could've easily used the time capturing moments. So if u go to this location be prepared to be disappointed. Thank you to all .

Came in person to pick up an order I made on the target app. I had two separate orders and unfortunately 1/2 orders were missing. David was so nice to help me out and rectify this issue. While addressing my issue, he was helping 3 different target team members. He's an amazing shift lead or manager, and I hope target is aware of it!

This store unfortunately is out of a lot of items. I went looking for several things and didn't find them. Not sure why some Targets don't update their stock but it's disappointing

This is the closest Target by my house and unfortunately this place sucks! They never answer their phones! I have been calling for 3 days and they never picked up! I bought a lot of makeup and picked it up assuming everything was good. The next day I noticed that all of the makeup I purchased were opened and have been used! Who in the world would want to even used opened/used lipsticks and foundation?! Do they even check the seal if it's been broken before giving it to their customer?! F****** disgusting! I am very frustrated and pissed about this experience. And I couldn't get to the store coz I've been working long hours so I have been calling this place and no one ever picks up! The day I went to the store, these teens who worked by the pick up area were not even doing their job. Those people were just standing there while the phone was ringing and two people were flirting like no one existed around them. Customer Service here sucks a*** Target should really train their employees better in the future! Like seriously this is very disappointing!!

I didn't have a bad encounter with anyone at the store, most times I use online order with store pick up, every once in a while I do need something sooner than expected and have to head into the store. When these occasions occur, it's usually early evening. Each and every time, I feel like a bomb has gone off in that store. Upon entering the store, the floor is dirty with food and trash with a smell of just old carpet. There is merchandise all on the floor. The shelves are bare. I feel it comes more from the way the customers treat it, which is very sad. I wonder to myself if they keep their own houses this way? Why don't they value their local store? But, then I've also asked a cashier, and her attitude wasn't any better. She said, "I just come and do my time, and go home."If you go to any of our other local Target stores, like Costa Mesa or Huntington Beach, they are 100% nicer. I find I do most of my online ordering and in store shopping in HB, because I get it pretty quick through online, within 30 minutes to 1 hour, opposed to 1/2 the day later. And, I don't feel like I need to shower and disinfect myself after entering their store. Someone please reset this store and hold classes for the employees to have more pride.

Esther is the worst front end manager that I have ever encountered in the many trips I've taken to Target. It's hard to believe that she earned a title as a manager when she fails accommodate customers with their returns. I wouldn't waste my time coming here as there are other Targets that are worth your time and money and would accommodate to your needs without giving you a hard time. She should be trained again before representing Target. It's outrageous how she's a manager for a company that prides itself in prioritizing customers wants/needs.
