Always a problem at this location…poor service. Today one register open and 7 people in line. Tried to call the store to have them open another register but nobody answers.

Today we came in on a mission to find a specific item and were starting to lose hope after being told it wasn’t available. The first employee we spoke to just told us if it wasn’t on the shelf, it wasn’t in stock—fair enough, but we weren’t ready to give up yet!
Enter the absolute hero of the day: the young man working in the electronics department. He could’ve just left us hanging, but instead, he took the extra step and used his device to help us track down the item. Not only did he find it, but he also found it in the back stock—saving us from making yet another trip to our 7th Target of the day.
We didn’t catch his name, but we just wanted to shout out a big thank you to him for going above and beyond. This level of service is what keeps us coming back. Please make sure he gets recognized for his excellent customer service!

I was waiting in line for self check about with my mom and we were doing two different transactions since we're both purchasing our own stuff and a staff member named VINCENT who was working the self check out told us we couldn't do two separate transactions only 10items per person. What? Excuse our items were within the limit. He kicked us out of the line. I'm so upset my little one was crying i already had waited a long time in line. To be told this when I got up front.

Target is always great. I love the app they have. Various coupons. My only con is how messy it can get but that's definitely not the staff, it's the customers that come in due to the high school & college near by. I can typically find all I need here.

Employees don't care. I went to this Target near my work to pick up a basic Scotch brand laminator and laminating sheets. When I went to check out, they tried to charge be for the Pro model which is $20 more. I went back to the aisle to take a photo of the price on the shelf for the laminator I was trying to buy. By the way the Pro was out of stock too. Haha! With photo evidence and proof on their end that the Pro was out of stock, they still wouldn't charge me the correct lower price. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Lazy and apathetic! Please check out the photos I took and showed the employee. Crazy! Will never go back to this Target.

My boyfriend and I came to this location at 10 am on a Thursday (there was probably all of 20 people in the whole store including staff ) and we had a few small items to buy. I stood to the side to use my target app to scan (for the discounts lol) and this older Asian target employee stood right next to us watching as if we were doing something shady? When we finished we were about to go to self check out and she made us go to a cashier which ended up taking longer because there were 2 people in front of us and the cashier walked off to grab something. I asked the Asian lady if there was a reason we had to go to the cashier instead of self check out and she said rudely "more than 10 items". I asked another younger employee and she said "it's usually a rule if it's busy.."and she kind of laughed. Like if I wanted to steal why would I stand there scanning each item in front of you guys to get discounts? Super weird. I religiously shop at target lol never had an issue going to self check out at any other locations. Back to my favorite target I go (the one on Katella in cypress is superior lol)

Great Experience at my local Target store! Found everything I need at a decent speed, took a little longer to pay but understandable because of holidays... Overall good experience...

The implementation of self check out is the worst thing ever happened to Target Stores: increased theft, shopping frustration and employee's lack of service.My last visit at my local Target left me with a negative impression.

My dog, and I love going to the target. Staff is always friendly towards us. Great variety of products for her and myself too. This is our staple store since we live nearby and I’m so glad I could rely on it to have what I need.
