Literally had to walk to the front to get type of help in electronics... they have an alarm you ring but I was there a good 10-15 min ringing it and nobody came out ... what a miss poor store... they dont even have the right amount of people working there and help doesn't come out... you speak to the people in the front and the lady just gives me an eye roll just for asking for help... I got what I wanted cuz its the cheapest but that doesn't dismiss the facts

I always have a great experience at that Target. My boyfriend and I are regulars to that Target. And we just love our experience every time we go there.

Hands down one of the worst locations I have seen. Lines wrapped around and no cashier called for back up . No employee of manamemt level in sight at 8:11 on Tuesday clearly it’s no real training of the team here just bodies in the store . Don’t seen to have a great hiring hr department here

This target never has anything in stock and it is always messy. I had asked for an item that the website said was in stock, they had told me they have it they just haven't set it up yet. When I went the next day, and the one after that the item still hadn't been put out on the shelves.

I've been going to this Target location for a few months now, but today was different. There was Luis. I've never met anyone at this store, at this location that goes the extra mile - Luis does. My wife and I was looking for son's milk, Horizon for growing years, and Luis heard us say "they don't have it, again." He immediately jumped to help and went through the trouble of going to the back of the warehouse as he offloaded quite a few loads of milk already so he wanted to help. He could've easily just ignored our comment and presented he didn't hear us, but I noticed he was helping quite a few people that evening. This man deserves a raise, he cares. That says a lot especially with an overall store rating of 2.5. He's awesome. Thanks again, Luis. Note: writing this while waiting in the checkout line.

Target is one of those stores that you go to to find certain things or things you can't find at Walmart or CVS or something like that. The prices have gone up in the last couple years due to the economy and Covid. So I go to this Target looking for a specific item and it was available. Which was good this time. But what I really like is that during certain holiday seasons, they have the best candy selection around. Valentines candy is my absolute favorite and they have everything I like.

Employees don't care. I went to this Target near my work to pick up a basic Scotch brand laminator and laminating sheets. When I went to check out, they tried to charge me for the Pro model which is $20 more. I went back to the aisle to take a photo of the price on the shelf for the laminator I was trying to buy. By the way the Pro was out of stock too. Haha! With photo evidence and proof on their end that the Pro was out of stock, they still wouldn't charge me the correct lower price. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Lazy and apathetic! Please check out the photos I took and showed the employee. Crazy! Will never go back to this Target.

its okay but they never ever ever pick up the fkn phone u can even wait for hours . and the giftcards are scams . ridiculous ,they don't have much selection of all stuff , and the value of customer service is carried only by one lady with glasses .

I just signed up for the Redcard credit card to take advantage of the $50 you get mailed to you upon approval. It was a limited time offer that was going on this month of December and ended on the 30th, so I just made the cutoff date! I had been meaning to get this card for the 5% off every purchase total, and I had seen other cash incentives before, but this end of the year one was the most enticing! If you already have the Target app and have a Target Circle account, you can immediately add the approved credit card to the app and use it same day, or you can select to have it mailed to you. A few other great benefits with the credit card is free two-day shipping, extended return and exchange policy, and you earn on purchases made outside Target, along with the 5% off on Target purchases. It's definitely a smart move if you're a regular to the store.

This store has online scammers. I brought a package of Tropi Cups (jelly candy snacks) online for 10.99. A couple hours later, I get a notice that the order is ready for pick up. TWO minutes later, I get another email that the order was suddenly cancelled and I will get a refund of 10.09. NOT EVEN ALL MY MONEY BACK. I'm trying to call now but no one will pick up. Total scammers. If anyone else has experienced this, please comment and let me know.

This store is ridiculously bad! Prices are marked wrong & the place is a mess. The shelves are often close to empty. Then, customers cut in line while I was waiting... I wish there was another store closer to home!

Target Bristol location is committing gift card fraud to customers. Avoid buying gift cards here. Here is my horrible experience.I bought Target Gift card with my target circle account. I have gifted it to a friend. All of a sudden after a month when my friend tried using there is no balance on the gift card. My friend called me I felt real bad of the situation.When we contacted Target they said there is a fraud on their store and they cancelled gift cards. Who gave right to Target to cancel my gift card after deducting money from my credit card.We were asked to prove that we did buy the gift card. Luckily I bought it with Target circle so I had digital receipt. What if I had paper and lost it? Who is responsible for this? Target management is it not called cheating customers?

I can see why they are only a 2.5 star store!!! The workers here fucking sucks!!! They don't pay attention to who was in line first!!!!!!
