One of the worst banks ever in my life. Us bank already freeze and suspended my account is crazy and don't believe in me. Devastating and no wonder many people beware of the US banks are suck and worst. I realized that they were right about the unprofessional bankers some of them invaded my privacy what I doing with my money TF! None of their business. It's my money and I have no problem with my own money. I have money and cash. Too bad that Chase and Citi banks are winning in my life. I felt much better with Chase and Citi banks are more professional and respectful than US banks. So disappointed. Shame. I moved my money to different banks and more safety. So happy now! They won't invaded my privacy and professional. I appreciate them more when they respect me more than US banks are suck.

Is U.S. Bank doing okay? 2 branches I know of recently closed: Westminster and now, another in Tustin. I rarely use ATM but Monday is basically the only free day I have to go to the bank this week because my son had no school due to Juneteenth. Unfortunately, banks are also closed. Was trying to decide which to go to during my lunch break (Santa Ana versus Tustin) yesterday and opted for the farther one from my work (because I'm from Hawthorne, not tryna die and know better) to withdraw money from ATM that's in a riskier area. Both my iPhone and Yelp say Tustin is still open, but this branch is def shutdown. Begrudgingly, I drove to Santa Ana and immediately noticed a dude sitting in a parked beige Lexus SUV with his rear view mirror in perfect view of the ATM. In a vacant bank parking lot. Where there are other spaces he could have taken. I thought, meh, I really need to use the ATM, so I did my thing but the card didn't work and went on my way. Aftering calling the bank on my drive back in to work my conscience got the best of me and I called the Santa Ana police to report the sketch dude in the vehicle sitting in the empty bank parking lot facing the ATM machine on a day it's closed. Be careful, everyone. Times are tough. Turns out when I got my wallet stolen from my office by a student at the trade school I worked at in November and had a new debit card reissued I forgot that I had switched a toggle button on my app that blocks use of my debit card at an ATM until I go into my app to unblock it that's a pretty nifty anti-theft feature. And reason #28373 that I'm a geriatric millennial.

I was at US Bank Branch in 2740 N. Grand Ave, Santa Ana CA 92705 yesterday Monday 01, August at 10am. Oscar the only teller available that day was busy assisting a client and Oscar's Manager Cathy Mariano asked me to walk to her desk to help me; She asked me if I was going to make a deposit in cash and I said Yes, she said she was going to help me that day just because she needed cash because she was going to go on vacation and she needed to collect some. I gave her my deposit in the amount of $400 and suddenly she says she is going to accept my deposit as an exception, but that was supposed to bring it in a bag every time make adeposit bigger than $1,000.00 and I said, ok. A few seconds later she she started yelling at me saying " Why are you giving me a deposit slip in the amount of $4,000.00 and you only give $400.00?" and she threw me the deposit slip on her desk. I asked her to please look closely to the deposit slip, she did look at it and she replies " Yes, it says $4,000.00 are you trying to confuse me? You just made me process a deposit in $4,000.00". I was in shock and luckily Oscar walks by and I ask him to please look at my deposit slip and read the amount to her Manager for me, which he did and even looked at her and tells her directly in his own words " Yes, it does say $400.00". The Manager ingnored him and me and answered a phone call instead and did not help me, so I said I was going to wait for Oscar, Since she was accusing me of something even though she was wrong, she did not admitted and did not help me. After like 3-5 minutes after me waiting in line to get help from Oscar the Manager Cathy Mariano says, "OK, if you likeI can Re-run it for you?" I said, Thank you, but I'll wait for Oscar. First of all, I wan to say that this is the first time something like this happens and this lady should be a roll model for her staff not the opposit. I was very disappointed because to be honest all the tellers are super nice, specially Oscar Sosa whom I admire because he is a multitask teller and he is always helpful and friendly with all the customers. I have even noticed that every time I go to the branch, most of the clients call him by his name. I hope US Bank can take a look to the cameras and pay more attention to their management!

I'm at this bank and I can't believe to cash a check from US Bank they charge you $7. And before you go there yes I tried cashing my check with my bank and they wouldn't take it. $7 might not be a lot for some people but it is for struggling people who go check by check. Worst decision to have this policy.

Oscar was useless! I came in at 4:30 but he was in a hurry to help someone he knew by name in line behind me. He was no assistance, when I asked for a manager to see if they would be of any help, she was already gone. Now I am left with no access to MY MONEY until Monday.

This branch might as well close. Always has some reason to be closed or have amended hours. Never available when I need it
