I have got to say this was the most pleasant visit to the post office, Tanya or Tonya helped me find a package that I forgot to label correctly and called me to either come and pick it up or they’ll ship it out the next day I came and she had to deal with another guest who was pretty angry and she handled it with amazing patience and grace!! Got my package as soon as I asked for it! Shoutout Tonya/Tanya!

Not eBay friendly. I decided to drop off my package to this location for the first time rather than my primary post office in Tustin. This place does not scan your package in! I'm waiting 5 days and it still says USPS still awaiting package. Not only does it make my package marked late by eBay, I have no idea if my package is lost or late, making the customer unhappy. I will stick with Tustin or Grand post office from now on.

Terrible service from the dark-skinned lady with short Chinese hair, glasses and somewhat robust, she always speaks in a bad way, it seems like someone is asking her for money😒 I was going to get some money orders and in the end I left, I told her I would go to another post office, I really think that that lady with that genius should no longer be working in customer service, it is not the first time that I have observed and heard that she speaks badly to people☹️

I would like to say that after being passed around by the company I ordered from to try and fix the address they misprinted I ended calling usps and Tony went and physically looked for my package saw that the business only put the numbers of my address and not the street(it was not my fault my confirmation email says I put my full address) he fixed it and had it sent out for the next day mail delivery. Let me tell you that is the kind of service that is stellar. He could’ve easily told me no but instead he went and fixed it even tho it wasn’t their fault that the address was wrong. Thank you guys for helping as this package is a gift.

It's been a while since I've been to this Post office, but today it was conveniently located. I was at first hesitant because of past experiences. Today was a nice experience, fast, friendly and kind smile! Thank you! I see that there was a younger lady who was friendly & she answered questions with a smile and we didn't seem to be bothering her. Out with the old & in with the new! Sometimes that's what companies or organizations need to do. Question yourself, "does this person represent my company like it should be represented?" Looking forward to my next run to this United States Post Office.

I can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this office. I have gone in with my boss several times to get an address change for her mom whom. Has passed and all they do there in that office is give me the run around. We brought allllllll the paperwork they requested then decided to add more requirements that were not originally requested making us take more then 3 trips. The manager iIS NO HELP!! They stood there shaking there head when as if we were the issue when his employees can't explain anything. We can't have my bosses mother come to sign since she is passed so it's really crazy and ridiculous that we have to go thru this! We are going on our 5th trip. We can definitely say we will never go back to this office!!

I have never seen such a corrupt place like the post office. When packages are suppose to be handled with care and instead are stolen. What's the purpose of this being called the United states post office. A bunch of thieves and corruption in business. Should be ashamed and never be allowed to conduct business in the United states. I hope they go out of business. If there are Auditors in the area of Santa Ana California should show up and give a lesson on Constitution and show the crooks that work there. Never go to the post office. Lack of option no more. I cant even trust them over two packages. Shipped same time stolen same time. They will recover them and auction the items I had paid good money for my kids future and sell them again. Horrible people.

I schedule package pickup requests and the carrier NEVER picks them up. I can see on my security camera footage they just walk right by the package, drop off the mail, and never come back. I had to chase one down once. Why have the pickup scheduler if they never pick it up?

The mail I received often opened over a month. But don’t know what’s happen?Today my son medical records send by Kaiser the envelope was opened . I don’t think the doctor or nurses carelessly for personal records. We’ll contact to the Kaiser office.Hopefully the neighbors didn’t opened in purpose when they received the wrong mail.

I came at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, was helped within three minutes, the postal person was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a great experience.
