This location is a complete failure for customers. Online it says the lobby and self-service kiosk are open late, even 24/7 — but when you show up, the entire building is locked. The PO Box lobby is shut, the kiosk is inaccessible, and to make matters worse, even the outside blue collection box is locked with no clear explanation.
There is no warning posted that the collection box is closed — the only sign is a holiday calendar, which is misleading because it suggests the box is available except on holidays. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time driving here only to find out they cannot drop off mail, buy stamps, or use the kiosk.
This is supposed to be a major USPS facility (S&DC), yet it’s less functional than a small-town post office. Management needs to fix the hours online and stop advertising services that aren’t available.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this USPS location. I came in with a reasonable concern about my mail not being properly forwarded to my new address, despite receiving a confirmation letter. I simply asked the supervisor to verify that all information had been fully updated and transferred correctly.
Instead of assisting me, which is part of his job mind you, he dismissed my request and told me he wouldn’t “waste his time” checking. This level of disrespect and refusal to provide basic customer service is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and to have my concerns taken seriously, especially when it involves something as important as mail delivery.
The supervisor’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Because of this, I will not return to this location, and I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS.
Do better.

The employees do NOT observe the posted lobby hours. On more than one occasion I've made a wasted trip and found the doors locked when they should have been open. Very poorly managed branch. Extremely incompetent Postmaster.

Sign on door says lobby (PO Box access) is open Monday- Saturday until 7:00 PM. NOPE. I'm here at 5:30 PM on a Saturday and they're locked up tight. Please correct that sign.

The employees at this particular post office always look miserable, are not very helpful or rude to customers. I can stand up for myself but when I hear it directed at elderly customers and it is unwarranted...shame on you! 👎you clearly hate your job, go work somewhere else.

If your upset that there's only one or two people working at the post office, you can thank Trump and all the brainless people who voted for him. Remember he tried to shut down USPS during the last election because he's a poor sore L O S E R it's only going to get worse for everyone except the ultra rich billionaires he's handed our government over to.

Pretty stupid idk why we need to make an appointment when it clearly says walk in OR appointment..I'm already there to apply for a passport I don't need an appointment. You foos need to hire more people to work there like seriously. You guys are slow.

I had an appointment to renew my passport this morning. Because it was over 5 years expired I had to apply for a new one and fill out all new paperwork. Marlene, instead of turning me away and having me come back at a different time guided me on how to fill out the new forms. And even though I messed up twice she was still patient and helpful all the while helping other people that were waiting in line. Truly grateful to her and the staff at this location. Make sure you have an appointment if you are applying for a passport or getting it renewed, and be sure to have all the necessary documents and copies for a smooth process. This location is very efficient and the staff are great.

01/09/2024, I was frustrated to find this post office closed on a Thursday without any prior notice. It wasted my time driving there and caused me to be late for work. Very unprofessional and inconvenien,, there’s a lot of people need jobs , hire more people

I had a passport appointment at 10:00 am and there was no one available to help me with that. They made me wait for an hour and no one showed up. Terrible service. Why they accept appointments if one will be there.
