Best customer service I ever received from USPS Passport service Clerk 23 helpful, knowledgeable, explanation of the process with ease. Well seasoned experienced clerk. Literally in and out perhaps faster than the fifteen minutes slot your alloted. No lines appointment only assures no wait times. Come prepared and your in and out.Grateful, thank you.

Friendly service, I have found all of the employees and supervisors to be helpful! I appreciated that some issues i had with a carrier were taken seriously and felt like I was being heard. Wait times are not too bad.

every time my packages that ive ordered, get accepted here they never make it out... they're stealing packages, and it's happened multiple times to me.

We looked at the web page for passports other locations said by appointment only. This location had hours of availability for passports. No mention of appointment required. We arrive the person helping us tries to see if we can be helped and the person that looked like she could, said no. Which I understand. It's the manner in which she said no to us. How she was unhelpful and rude to the person ahead of us as well. The wonam she was unhelpful to later approached us because she heard us speaking Spanish and asked if I could help translate, which I gladly did. To top it off a gentleman approaches us while we wait for the lady helping us (a different one) and asks if the one helping us was a short gal. I said I don't think so. He said oh it's because I have a question but the other lady is rude. ( same lady I'm referring to) I did not check her name on the name tag and I know we can all have bad days but it seemed like she was known for not having any customer service. Maybe she is in the wrong place or just doing the wrong job at this place.

The two clerks in the front of counter, one Hispanic, African American have total attitude s, their rude, unfriendly, not helpful, and very unprofessional. They both seem to be in a very bad mood.

WORST PLACE EVER!!My package was suppose to come on Wednesday and it has been two week.I clearly put my correct address and some how it was send to the wrong apartment.They said it's not their fault and they can not do anything about it.They told me to contact the seller to give me a refund or resend,but clearly it's not the seller fault it's their fault.

CHEAPEST WAY TO SHIP - keep reading. I used to have a small business and despite living in FV, I would always come back here to drop off my packages because they have a drop box and stuff gets delivered fairly quickly. If you want cheap prices, go to Pirateship.com and print out the label and drop it off here, THIS IS THE CHEAPEST WAY TO SHIP, if you buy the label at the post office, that will be the most expensive so just buy it online. The locked doors make having a box a real problem. I can't get there before 5 pm because I work. I can't get there at 8:30 am when they open because...again... I work. I can't get there before they close on Saturday because...work! I can go on Sunday but...THEY LOCK THE DOORS!!! So I basically pay almost $60 a quarter to not be able to get my mail. When I lived in HB they gave us a door key as well as a box key. This place needs to do that or hire security. It really sucks that I can't get my mail.

The atmosphere here is excellent, enough parking ! Just big & clean . The staff here are so helpful , most so far let me borrow tape to tape up my box I was sending out .. The first time I came to this post office the worker said no you may not borrow some tape but you can buy one! lol .I definitely prefer the location here than most in Santa Ana . You don’t have a bunch of tweekers or homeless loitering in front or neighborhood.Now I try to come prepared but work and life , sometimes I’m in a rush & forget something, it always nice to get a smile & a yes ! I gave the workers I got following a 5 & atmosphere! Fs ??

The workers are really nice, so nice they know a lot of the people coming in. Must be the regulars. Talking about life and family. That's a plus. Then again, they are chatting it up sometimes the line takes much longer to move.Another pro is even when it's busy it's not that crowded. Must be the location.

First, they need to empty the outside mailbox more frequently. It is always bursting at the seam and envelopes are hanging out because the box is so full. This is on a regular basis. Second, I send lots of payments for work that seem to not make it to its location. So, I end up having late payments and even collection. Not sure if mail is stolen from mail box or drops of during processing. Either way I don't trust this place now.

I like the fact that this location is open after hours for the self service but recently I noticed that there's homeless loitering inside and I don't feel comfortable waking in there at night or dropping off packages.

COVID CENTRAL!!!!!!!!!!! This branch is a management disaster. Customer mask requirement is not being enforced. Even worse, several postal clerks are wearing their masks below their noses, and one was even wearing his mask under his chin. I saw only one worker wearing her mask properly. USPS needs to send an inspector to this branch ASAP. This branch is a public health hazard.
