This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Horrible costumer service, one of the guys seems bothered when he has to look for a package. Another one seems like he does not know whats going or is to lazy to do his job and gives you stupid advice to continue to wait for yoir package at home. Clearly there is an issue with it that is why it was not delivered in the first place as instructed on the attempted delivery notice. I hate having to go to this post office. Honestly they need to hire new people that really want to do their job with a pleasant attitude.

They continually leave me other people’s mail and if I leave Mail to be mailed out they don’t take it?! Very Frustrating... ??♀️

After being told to move my mailbox post outside of my property onto the sidewalk, they then told me to move it back inside and I did but they won't deliver my mail. Hope you mail service delivery workers get fired and find some other job you'll actually put some effort in.

Even slower than the other Santa ana location. They r so rude. If we are asking a question it's because we have no knowledge. Need happy and younger staff. Life moves fast. We don't have time to be at the post office for almost 45 minutes for something super simple.

Guy working is a complete a*** He was a tall African American man. He was rude and angry with every customer I saw. He was very aggressive and talked down to two elderly couples. Call ahead and avoid this person or avoid this Post Office altogether.

The two times I’ve come here to send off a package, I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The Asian lady who attended me on my second visit was the only decent person working there in my experience. I used to think that the older Asian man was discourteous, but after being attended by the older African-American man, I’m now seeing that the former was probably just tired and not having the best day that day (which is understandable considering how irritating some customers can be). That being said, the latter was so condescending and clearly lacking in his customer service skills. It was my first time sending a package and I had no knowledge of the process and upon asking questions, he would continuously roll his eyes and talk down to me. I understand how infuriating customer service can be, however, when you’re being polite and the other person is making it clear that they have little to no desire to be of assistance, it’s very disheartening. I always like to give people in customer service the benefit of the doubt and try to understand their plight, but I really hope this person evaluates themselves and hopefully changes their approach because it may create an issue in the future with a more-demanding customer.

Only one phone call (Monday) with a vm to verify the address because the status was “no such number” although the sender showed proof of correct address affixed on the package. I returned 2 calls, one later that day that went straight to voicemail and another the next as busy. One call attempt- no other attempts of contacting me again after Monday. And the package is returned to the sender the next day, Tuesday. Unbelievable.

Older African man is rude. The only nice and professional one is the Asian lady. She has great patience for people and their complex needs. Other workers make the experience unpleasant.

Customer services by phone and in-person - Extremely poor horribly. Mailed my legal documents via certified with return signatures to City of Santa Ana. Mails are showing in transit since 07/30. Two weeks delayed within City of Santa Ana. The 2-weeks delayed to City of Santa Ana is causing a financial harm to reassess of my property. I called the USPS where I sent the mails from. Got hung up on placing call again, Mgr Brigette answered but they said their job was to ship the mail to the next location of USPS, and don't know where my mails are. Asked my to call the next USPS on Bush for status. They never acknowledge or apologize for the delay. NEVER, I will never use USPS again.

Don’t bother asking the managers for help or to file a complaint. Go online and email the US Postmaster General. The customer service at this location is the worst service ever, management is horrific. The only way I was able to get assistance is going directly to the Postmaster General, they ask the district manager to take care of my case. The black lady and man who are supposed to be management are ghetto and rude. Don’t waste your time with them!!

Horrible customer service. Went to send a package for the first time and the old African American guy was super rude and not helpful at all. He refuse to give me a receipt so I took my package back and wasn’t able to ship it. Also there was a customer who didn’t speak English and he was extremely rude to her. He needs to be fire!!

JUST TERRIBLE customer service! I went and there and I am usually very nice to people and I usually ask them how they are and how their day is and well I did that and the man working there just ignored me. He was very rude and I always feel like I am not welcome here! Next to me there was a man named Albert who I saw being so rude to a woman next to me. Please don't come here, Now I only come here to drop off packages at the quick drop off section, SO RUDE! Just whatever you do, please don't come here, if I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I am a genuine kind person and I felt so sad for some reason when they talked to me. It takes a lot to get me mad and this place just does that
