Had a terrible experience with the clerk lady, she was asian probably only one,i ordered a package and i intercepted it online and paid $28 for the interception. Got an email from USPS that its ready to be picked up on sunflower since i choose that zip code, went there on monday after work around 5:30.She went to the back for a min then came back and said not there. I had a flight next day had to go to lax at 12pm and i need that package with me. Didnt want to help just told to call this number, then lied to me and said someone called david will come help you waiting 15 min no one came then she said oh hes not here today,i went to the admin office they gave me Patricks num from another usps close by went there he tried to help gave me his supervisors number. Long story short next day i came, clerk guy still was clueless, had to call the supervisor Marwan from another usps then what a surprise the package is there. I guess people just dont want to do there job any more and actually HELP out ! Shout out to Marwan and Patrick and to the programmers at usps only people that actually helped.

Carolyn at the passport office was VERY helpful and kind. She made sure we knew what we paying for and explained everything very well.
She also caught an error, on a sealed state document, that we hadn't noticed before. Now, we can sort that out and be sure to have the important documents that are needed and copies for safekeeping.
Carolyn answered all of my questions and made the process quick and easy for me, which was really nice. Also, she's a great photographer!
There are two downsides that are related to the physical Postal Buidling itself:
1. The ceiling of the passport office is made of skylights, and this makes it EXTREMELY BRIGHT while youre in the office. I have very painful eye and skin problems when I'm in brightly lit areas, and this passport office made those way worse. There isn't a proper ceiling. The only light in the office is the light that enters the room via the skylights.
It is way too bright to serve those with migraines or vision problems.
2. Due to the skylight/ceiling bringing the light in, it also brought the heat in. It was warm and very sunny today, so it was BOILING inside that room. I pass out when it's too hot, and the heat in that room (due to the skylights) could also be very detrimental to other disabled/visually impaired people.
I'm letting you (USPS -Sunflower) know so you can take initiate to ask to be to fix these problems. That way, more people from all walks of life can use your passport facilities without bodily harm.

Very incompetent people working here. Management definitely does not care or lacks the proper training on how to run an efficient successful operations. AI can do a better job than the clerks working here. Hire more staff, schedule lunches and breaks appropriately and manager cover the space when needed. As a consumer we deserve the service being promise. SMH @ this USPS location.

It is truly a terrible service, only one person serving, taking his time, people outside waiting for an hour ...

I find it outrageous that almost every location in the country at any given time has a line out the door and only two employees behind the counter. They need to hire more help!

Avoid This Post Office â Terrible Customer Service
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service at this post office is absolutely unacceptable. I went in stressed because I didnât bring a pen still prepared to ship multiple packages, including one international package. Instead of offering basic courtesy or assistance, the employee I dealt with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult.
First, she refused to let me borrow a penâeven though she had one in her handâand seemed more interested in arguing with me than actually helping. She insisted that I had to fill out the international form first before handling my other packages, even when I politely asked to process the domestic ones first. When I pushed back, she repeatedly told me to âcalm down,â even though I was just standing up for myself after being treated poorly. Meanwhile, she had no problem letting the man in front of me use her pen without question.
Her attitude was not just unprofessional but outright hostile. When I asked for a manager, she sent me to a coworker who admitted he wasnât even a manager. I left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against, especially since I noticed this employee had no problem treating others with more patience.
If you value your time, your dignity, and even the basic expectation of decent service, avoid this post office at all costs.

Carolyn was extremely rude. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me and the lady behind me felt bad for us as well. Horrible customer service. She needs to learn how to be kind and speak with compassion.
