I don't usually eat here but I wanted something healthy, quick and fresh and this was the nearest thing that offered that. I ordered their chicken bowl and saw signs for their Boom Boom tacos and tried the steak one. I could not believe how good the steak taco was! If the Hawaiian food restaurants they would add this to their menu. The steak taco was thin pieces of meat marinated in teriyaki sauce and placed in a thin tortilla with cabbage, green onion and spicy mayo. It's literally the best tasting thing there. I ordered the taco trio the next day. I don't care for rice, so this is a great compromise and you won't get full from the rice but you will be full if you get the taco trio. It's one of those hold menu items that will hold you over. I've yet to try the shrimp and chicken tacos but I'm good with the steak tacos.

Placed an order online and when I picked it up I asked for chili packets. The girl told me there should be some in the bag, but I asked for an extra 1/2 packets she then said she would have to charge me 30 cents...For a SMALL little chili packet you're going to charge 30 cents??? that is soooo ridiculous!!!!

The beef taste disgusting, the chicken taste absolutely burnt, the only thing that taste okay is the veggies and rice. And I think I got food poisoning.

I love coming to waba for a healthy meal, it is a little over priced but delicious, stop by and get the steak bowl, you won't regret it.

Very unprofessional and sub par customer service. A colleague of mine purchased a kombucha bottle just to find out it has been expired since June of this year. When she returned to the restaurant, not even a refund nor store credit was offered as compensation. Only an exchange for a drink. This establishment didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake and did not offer any other solutions. Be careful to not purchase any items from this place at the risk of it being expired. You will not be getting your money back!

This review is strictly based on their Tacos (New Menu Item). I mean, I can't complain! They were much to my surprise good! I ordered a shrimp, steak, and chicken taco. My favorite was the shrimp. From the cook of the shrimp, tortilla, and toppings (cabbage), the texture of this taco was all on point. Definitely my fave. I also enjoyed the chicken taco. Same type of review with regards to texture as the shrimp. The steak taco was a little too sweet for my liking. It reminded me of a Korean style taco I once had. Not bad at all, just not my favorite. All three tacos are a little on the sweet side but have good flavors. What you see is what you get. If you've had a steak or chicken bowl, you'll be getting the same flavors but in a tortilla with texture and creamy sauce. I see you Waba Grill! I'm not mad at these tacos! Ambience was average like every Waba I've ever visited. The Cashier was friendly and helpful. I would recommend these tacos for sure. They will cost you about $2 each.

I just tried to eat at this location but the employees were "cleaning" the kitchen by spraying a high powered hose with soap all over the walls, spraying the walls, the floor, getting this cleaning water and whatever it was cleaning off in the pot they steam vegetables in, all over the cutting board, everything.This is unsanitary and disgusting.I asked to speak to the shift manager, or manager and they told me no one was in charge and I could not speak to anyone.

Delicious, fast and easy. My partner is vegitarian and LOVES the plant-spired Steak option. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of it but it looked and tasted pretty convincing. Had a wonderful flavor too! I would strongly recommend it for anyone looking for plant-based alternatives. It was the most convincing substitute I’ve had yet!

Damn when did Waba Grill get so expensive??? I understand that I haven't been to one in couple of months but a chicken veggie bowl is damn near $16 with a drink. It used to be $10 total. Chipotle is alot cheaper. My go-to food for a post workout meal was Waba Grill but these price is nuts. Chipotle got a new returning customer.

First time trying waba grill, and it was just okay...nothing special.We ordered 2 chicken bowls, 2 drinks & an order of gyozas & it was $34.With the price of everything, I was expecting for the food to be really good, but it was just okay. Chicken was kind of bland.& just like someone else mentioned before in a review, that as soon as you walk in, there is a strong sewer smell.
