The lady who runs the fedex booth Terri is extremely rude. We needed help printing items and she kept leaving to go do other stuff in the store so we had to call someone else to find her to answer questions. Everytime she came back she was rude and at one point yelled at my wife for asking a question.

Told me my meds were ready for pickup on Monday afternoon I told them I pick it up on Tuesday didn't go to Wednesday morning and they were out of my meds and had to reorder

Not impressed with the pharmacy. I have refills on three prescriptions and they refill two of them automatically . The third is the importand one that keeps me alive. I ran out of it today and was given a lecture about waiting on the last minute to get it refilled ? If they can automatically do the other two why not this one as well. When I go and pickup its always a long wait and hassle. I will change pharmacies for sure. Walgreens Pharmacy is not living up to their advertisements. No one who works there rarely smiles and if you ask a question they give you attitude.

Is this location going out of business? Their shelves were empty and employees were all miserable.
The prices are insanely high compared to Target across the street.

Just wanted to leave a review about Glenn, thought he was helping order my medication, he went quiet so I thought it was my turn to talk. He then started talking again And said to me, I’m sorry I’m having a hard time understanding you every time you speak over me with a nasty attitude. This happened once and only once by mistake, so I would just like to say Glenn needs to be more of a people person any understand phone calls and that people sometimes accidentally speak over each other

Extremely unhelpful at the drive-thru pharmacy. Just jumping through hoops constantly to do something as simple as picking up my medication. Genuinely ridiculous.

Okay, overall I would not give this particular Walgreens a five-star rating, however one employee stood out as exceptional to me, Raul. The store usually has very, very few employees available, but Raul did an outstanding job of helping the customers in line and he had a line! In spite of it, he was cheerful and kind to everyone. Good job Raul!! Five-star customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
