Okay, overall I would not give this particular Walgreens a five-star rating, however one employee stood out as exceptional to me, Raul. The store usually has very, very few employees available, but Raul did an outstanding job of helping the customers in line and he had a line! In spite of it, he was cheerful and kind to everyone. Good job Raul!! Five-star customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Im so happy with the pharmacist Gloria, she took the time to help me with my mom's medication getting approved. She tried several times and got it. Thank you!

The pharmacy personnel are awful! They aren't rude, just not knowledgeable. The service is very slow.

i Wanna say thank you staff for being so awesome I was pretty bummed when you called to cancel my order but honestly your customer service was appreciated I can't even be upset because prior to this I've been here numerous times and it's always been a pleasure this staff is awesome

Any company that doesn't allow pharmacist to schedule vaccinations or make relevant changes to patient prescription records doesn't value or trust their employees.

Called in the morning around 10am to check on when to pick up medication, female pharmacy tech with blonde hair a little past her shoulders told me that it would be ready at 11:15am. I arrived around noon only to find out the perception wasn’t filled. The other pharmacy technician with black hair in a pony tail doesn’t apologize and asks me 20-30 min into the insurance discussion if I still want the medication prepared which is even more annoying. Just awful service.

I witnessed something very sad this morning, this lady was trying to Retun some stuff, her English wasn’t good and the cashier that was helping her snapped at her because she had to do another transaction/ Retun for her, it’s like honey your getting paid to be there, it’s not 100 people are waiting in line and since your soooo helpful with that attitude can help them? It was just that lady and me, she’s lucky another cashier opened to help me plus I didn’t want to deal with her negative energy anyway, if you hate being there is no one’s problem, makes me sad how much people hate what they do, a second or third transaction wouldn’t hurt her but she had to be nasty to that poor lady, if it was me I would have not just stand there watch her giving me attitude because I asked her to do another return, this happened this morning between 9am and 9:30am, I will be calling and talking to the manager as well, this is not acceptable behavior, I had to be in the area and had to stop here for something, your workers need help, luckily other cashier had a better attitude.

I have been coming here for routine lab work. It is easy and convenient. The service lately has been super slow. And very unprofessional. Today 07/31/22 I went in for routine lab work. I waited 40 minutes outside before the place opened. I was first in line. I did not have an appointment. There was a man behind me telling them to hurry up he has things to do. Well we all have things to do. Then I am called in after the customer with the first appointment. No problem there. I sit in second seat. I am told I need urine so I do my sample. I am told they will be right with me. For no apparent reason the male associate skips me and helps the man who had come after me. I sit there. No one speaks to me. Finally I yell out is someone going to help me? Yes we will be with you in a minute.....I'm told this. Meanwhile the man who was behind me is done and waving hood-bye to me. And I am still waiting. He did not have an appointment either. I will not come back here. Unprofessional, slow and totally disorganized service.

Located on Grand at 17th smack dab between the 22 + 5 Freeways in Santa Ana. Landed here one morning to grab some DayQuil for the wifey. I like that they have a FREE Volta EV charger, which is limited to 45 mins by the way. New Pollo Campero just popped up right next door that we can't wait to try. Seems like a more authentic El Pollo Loco style. Raul was friendly, respectful, smiled and made eye contact when requesting my Walgreens rewards phone number. Store was tidy and felt safe. Drive thru Rx on site -1 Star - Most shelves were starting to dry up with signage posted about supply shortages.

I am visiting from out of state and forgot one of my medications at home. Since Walgreens is my usual pharmacy I called this location...they advised me to check with my insurance company to make sure that my (otherwise very expensive) medication was covered under lost medication or vacation exception benefits. I did just that and it was. I called back and spoke to the same person to let him know...he had it filled and ready for me in less than an hour and called me directly to let me know it was ready. How refreshing to deal with someone who knew what they were talking about and was able to guide me accordingly. I'm only sorry I did not ask their name so I could shout them out directly. This location answered their phone promptly when I called and helped me quickly when I arrived in person to pick up the medication. It seems to be a hard time for pharmacies across the country, and I sympathize and know they are doing the best they can. That said, what a breath of fresh air to visit a location that provides such great customer service and seems to be run very efficiently. Thank you!
