The banker Steve Soloro is amazing. The whole staff is very accommodating even when it's a Saturday, almost closing time, they helped us with our bank transaction that needed to be done. We work Monday to Friday and we don't have a way of doing it on a weekday. Thank you.

This was the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life! Tina Valencia had me wait for 40 minutes and 10 minutes before closing she told me she couldn’t help me be added the bank of the business I just paid over 320k buying! She completely disrespected me wouldn’t look me in my eyes and completely lied to me! I will never do business with this bank and I’m going to not put another dime in this bank!

This branch on Bristol and Sunflower is the worst! Last time I came in to open a CD and no one could help me so I left my number, no one called. This time I wanted to open a 2nd savings account and no one even acknowledged me.

They been having staff issues for who knows how long. Schools first doesn’t have that issue, please hire more tellers this is a high volume bank.

No service whatsoever . I was turned away by the manager saying that her banker is booked for the day and she did not even care to listen what my issue was because “only a banker can help me”. I do hope bankers get paid more than a manager

Honestly with my obnoxious children there I was yet to be attended by only one amazing person named Cristina she helped me calm them down, as well as understand how it works with being attended. When I did think of losing my temper she arrive to sooth it.

Here at the bank now on 12/22/22. No posted info to check in or sign in for help. Finally staff member from teller side came to ask if I was waiting for someone. I said yes. They said they had no staff to help with business appointments. They would not be able to help me unless I had an appoinyment Wow. Great customer service. This is why I am closing my business account with Wells Fargo. Their service is horrible and fees are ridiculous. And when you need help from a live person. Good luck. Take your business to a bank that helps.

Horrible service I cash my checks weekly here and all of a sudden I was told there was some sort of hold on my check. This was the only explanation that I got but when I went to another Wells Fargo nearby they cashed my check no issue.?
