Very awkward setup. There's not a natural flow inside. You get in a line then have to yell for a budtender to hear you through thick glass. Bought some edibles on 12/8 and checked the date when I got home. They were from April of this year. Gross. Stocked with a bunch of stiiizy and other overly hyped and overly priced brands.

W weed closest spot to my crib and they always come in clutch whenever I got a special event going on. Can’t forget to mention the great service I receive from them time to time.

Been a patient for about a year prices were good customer service was ok but fast forward now and this has been one of the worst dispensaries in terms of service every time I go now they always have an attitude and always try to rush me and to just get me through. Never any real knowledge about your inventory just “you want this? Is that all?” One guy with the painted nails is really questionable every time I’m there ,dude just can’t stop laughing at something. Decided it would be best if I took my business down the street to planet 13 and I swear I don’t know if I’m bugging but planet 13 plug plays for example taste more than West Klinik plug play like west Klinik fire og doesn’t taste like fire og from p13 so idk what tf y’all got goin on

I came in on a Wednesday hoping to strike a cartridge deal but I don't think I did. I feel like throughout the years this place has been becoming more for profit than for its people. I was lucky to get a promo this Wednesday when I went in but it doesn't happen every Wednesday. I walked away with 3 carts for 53 but one of them was a promo. For 2 cartridges I paid 53 dollars on a day that is supposed to be discounted? 14 dollars tax! Just because you have a promo you should still honor your daily deals you post. Not only that but I have no loyalty points after all the indo smoke I've been blowing? I don't get it? Save your time and money and go to sup3r clinic a couple blocks down you'll get the same cart for way less money out the door and don't have to come in on certain days.

They don’t let customers use the restroom whatsoever. It wasn’t always like that. Not letting your clients use the restroom is the kind of stuff that gets one star.Edit: I noticed they only respond to 5-star reviews. Respond to this.

This place is a joke, there is a sign posted outside clearly saying that they close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:45pm and the door is already locked and people inside ready to leave. Why bother having a sign when they don't respect the closing time.

I've been going to this place and others all within a mile radius since they opened. Prices were high and then they dropped. I have one question. How does something you buy for $45 end up @ over $65!!!!! Simple. They use every tactic to scam customers. They charge to use the debit machine. And on top of that they "round up" the difference. Why and how that makes sense or is legal I don't know. My final time I went there it was $70 cuz of the "round up" they decided to keep it all. If you look at the receipt it has tax, tip (automatically charged, whether you want to or not) debit charge, a couple fees,......AND they round up the total. So that's how you buy something for $45 and you get charged over $65. Apparently some other ones do the same scam. I'll just go to the ones that do business transparently.

First let me tell you the budtender was great very helpful and nice however i recieved an email from west clinik that said plug n plays were buy one get one for 1$ however when I went in it was actually buy one get one half off then get one for 1$ it sucks that I was mislead so I didn't purchase any for myself and just for someone else
