Okay my dad has been sending money from this location over 30 years, had a issue 1 time with sending money they asked for his social security to send money for some reason, my dad did not want to give his social security since he has never had to give it up for sending money the lady proceeded to turn around go to the back room and not help my dad anymore, the second incident was when my dad was trying to send money and I was helping him since he’s hard of hearing seeing and has a difficult time writing as well, I was helping him by reading his phone number since he couldn’t see it and doesn’t know it by heart, the lady got mad at me, told me he has to tell it to her I explained to her he doesn’t know it by heart she gave him a piece of paper and told him to write it down I started dictating the number to him since he can’t see it well on the phone, the lady again told me NO he has to see it himself so I turn the phone to him and my dad struggling writes down his number he wrote it wrong of course, then she asked who are you sending it to he didn’t hear her and got a little closer she asked again my dad did not hear her the second time thats when I stepped in and told him what she was saying which made her say NO you can’t tell him the questions, I told her im sorry but he can’t hear you keep in mind we are wearing masks and theres a big thick window between us that well he’s very hard of hearing thats when my dad was done and took his ID back, I understand it’s probably a store policy but like I said my dad needs help to understand what they are asking him I hope this store gets back to what it used to be like my dad said.
