Enjoyed a rare Bordeaux tasting from an exceptional winery, Château Pichon Baron Longueville Pauillac. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about wine.

awful experience wasted over an hour on their website trying to purchase wine....tried on phone and website froze with a circle constantly circling,,,,,tried over and over.....then tried my laptop and same thing .....laptop froze with circle constantly circling.....wasted over an hour and half....also if you have a wine in your basket and try to remove...insert 0 and update and it will not accept the change, and wine stays in your basket....just the worse....I called the wine shop and now several of the wines that were on sale are no longer available....Lots of aggravation....forget this place!!!!

Was able to locate a certain wine, which was out of stock at a particular winery. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery was quick. The wine was packaged well. Because of this experience, I placed a second order. The Wine Exchange has become my "go to" online wine store.

We were the only customers I'm the store with 4 employees and no one said a word. No greetings. No suggestions or offers of assistance. Not even a good bye when we exited - empty handed.

Really personable, knowledgeable staff who stock interesting vintages of wine (and spirits) from around the world. It’s a warehouse style place with tasting area. Highly recommend it for variety, quality at a great price point.
