They are going to start opening at 8am on the weekends, instead of 6am.

I used to attend the Y and this place is so much better. No kids are taking up the pool with lessons whenever I want to swim. The jacuzzi is HUGE and wonderful. And the 3 levels make it nice for a spacious visit. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The showers are powerful enough. There are so many machines I have a hard time deciding what to do next. You may have to wait a minute but that's good for practicing patience. And there's not a bunch of old creeps staring at you....All in all I love this gym!

This gym doesn’t deserve the hate, I almost didn’t come in because of some of the comments. I appreciate the service on my visit and the facility was actually clean

Worst gym ever ,the restrooms are horrible, they don’t clean it , it’s hair everywhere then when you tell them, they said we do what we can, no you don’t , also I saw some girls smoking marihuana in the restroom , manager no we’re to be found. Tink twice if you want to get a membership there .

I like this gym. It's modern upon entering until you descend down the stairs to the locker rooms, pool, jacuzzi, steam n sauna room and other work out area; then it's like a bunker or dungeon. The jacuzzi is hot, clean, with powerful perfect water pressure. Best Jacuzzi I've ever had? Jacuzzi offers a handicap chair should one need it. The pool, however, is ice cold, if you're into that. It has a Kool atmosphere and as of late has been fairly clean. The showers have good water pressure and body soap for your use and a handicap shower is available. The staff is way Kool and friendly. Intensity here is serious. Service dogs are allowed. Prices are very reasonable!

Wow! I'm baffled by the negative reviews because this gym is genuinely great. The staff at the front desk are not only friendly but genuinely good people. The value you get for what you pay is amazing. With amenities like a pool, sauna, hot tub, and a steam room, along with a wide range of equipment and weights, including plenty of cardio machines, it's got everything you need. With three floors, there's ample space to spread out even during busy times. Yes, it’s a little bit dated, but so what for the price? And regarding the comment about the big room being locked up, that's outdated info—the room is accessible, and there's absolutely no smell issue whatsoever. Overall, it's a stellar gym experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Wow. After using a 3 day free trial pass I received a call a couple days after saying I had a past due balance of 300 dollars for a yearly membership. I was going to sign up for a monthly membership but now I will not be joining.

It is a labyrinth finding this place, and it's a labyrinth inside as well. Parking was horrible, although it was a very busy time of day. Any machines with sliding parts were not oiled properly and had unnecessary friction.

While it certainly isn't one of the better 24 hours I've been to, last year they seemed to be making a little effort and cleaning and maintenance. A year later it has decayed and appears there is no significant cleaning or maintenance

Jayden at the front desk is a sweet heart. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

No parking nearby closest place is way off premises and it’s pay to park. Very hard to find also if you’re not familiar with the area. Also the gym itself isn’t that great. I drove all the way to Ventura to workout at the 24hr fitness there instead of this place

Don’t go into the bathrooms/showers, basically falling apart, no shower curtains, with mold everywhere

As far as gyms go it has everything you need to get in shape. That's the 1 star. Is the place dirty? Yes really dirty. The sauna floor looks like mud was tracked inside. The benches have thick layers of debri that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Steam room smells like mold and usually doesn't work. The men's locker room floor will leave your socks with a layer of grime. Even though your paying for it there are 0 classes at this location. Front desk workers are unprofessional. Really a shame to have people working who are rude. Many times I've had the person behind the counter not even move or say hello as they had their head down staring at their phone. Pool usually has a weird layer of oil looking substance floating on the water. Or way too much chlorine. Upstairs is much too small. Members leaving weights all around with no organization in place. Downstairs is like a rusty basement. The overhead lights don't fully work and there is rust on the walls. No parking lot across the street is 75 minutes free then pay which means your workout is usually cut short.

This place was not great at all pre COVID But it hasn't really become any better. Maybe a little worse now with sanitation, lack of paper towels and cleaning solution. The nicest area to work out In is now closed off only for personal trainers and everyone is stuffed downstairs . If I had a car or more money I would join another gym . If you have any other options I would chose those.
