What a delight to work with Peter and Will today at American Depot. I had a nail in my tire which they had done in a very timely manner. Everyone is so willing to help and very friendly. I'll be returning! Recommended to American Tire Depot by Bob Holzer's AAA.

Got 4 new tires today, oil change and all wheel alignment. Will was great- knowledgeable and friendly. I had to wait and got there half an hour early and they were not super busy at that moment and took my car in right away. I was out in less than 2 hours! Impressed! Ill be back for a tune up soon - and they take my Care Car credit card so i can use it and pay them in 6 months if need be. Talked to Peter on the phone and he was very helpful too but he was off today.

I recently had my car serviced at American Tire Depot for a starter replacement. Unfortunately, the part they used was of inferior quality, and my car continued to have trouble starting. Despite multiple calls, they misdiagnosed the issue and referred me to another shop, which correctly identified the problem as the starter. This misdiagnosis cost me an additional $80. While American Tire eventually replaced the starter with a better part at no charge, the initial inconvenience and extra expense were frustrating.
