Au Bon Climat is a winery located in California's Santa Maria Valley, with a tasting room in downtown Santa Barbara. It creates internationally acclaimed, Burgundian-styled Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that are cutting edge, exceptional, and rake in big scores. For Pinot lovers, it is a must, offering wines with a great nose, all kinds of flavors, and a soft finish. The winery also offers other distinctive wines under different labels, including nice whites, red blends, Nebbiolos, Syrah/Viognier, and a Mondeuse Rosé perfect for summer. It provides a lovely, fun, and phenomenal tasting experience with a very well put-together flight. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, lovely, clued-up, and provide fantastic service. The wines have good price points and are ready to drink, with lots of history for the region.

    Walked by and decided to do a wine tasting because they allow dogs on the outside patio.

    Such a pleasurable experience! Ryan expertly guided us through our tasting and we enjoyed learning about the history and notes of each pour.

    It was a fun and enjoyable time. Highly recommend. Cheers!

    The staff was very friendly and patient! The wine tasting is a must try.
    They also offer shipping to East Coast.

    Our tasting was fantastic! Miya was an excellent host and very knowledgeable about the wines. She had a great personality and created a great experience for our (sometimes unruly) large group. Will definitely come back next time we're in Santa Barbara, especially now that we're members. Highly recommend!
