This is a shout out for Service Adviser Edwin L. at Audi SB! I just purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 from Carvana. Being still within the return period I wanted to have certain issues addressed before I committed to the final purchase. Edwin took the time to come outside and look at the car, check all the issues I brought up and even cleaned the rubber seal on the sunroof himself. He then set me up with a next day appointment with an Audi Technician. This is what you call above and beyond service! Thank you Edwin, you ROCK!

The folks at Audi Santa Barbara's Service Department had our backs! We greatly appreciate the assistance and support we received from Edwin (Service Advisor) and Rick (Service Mgr) when were were almost stranded far from home on the eve of a holiday. We can't tell you what a relief it was to land at Audi Santa Barbara's service doorstep and be offered an immediate, no-fuss, awesome solution to our predicament. They gave us a timeframe for the repair on our Q5, which turned out to be accurate and timely. We were sent a video from the service technician (Mike) explaining the issue and fix, showing us the failed part, and going over the results of his inspection (thankfully, all else was good and no further repairs were needed). Communication was clear and efficient (mainly via email). They were extremely accommodating when it came to our schedule. Although we are not local to this dealership and have not had service performed here in the past, the staff at Audi Santa Barbara treated us as if we had; as part of the SB Audi family. Thank you!

I cannot thank Rick, the service manager, enough! He truly went ABOVE-and-beyond helping me with a repair and navigating (what could have been nightmare) warranty issues. Communication, service, and work all 5-star!

This review won't do me any good but for future customers this should very helpful. I ordered a car (custom order), dealer pulled my credit got the approval and dealer took my deposit. Car is now built, it should hit the port next month and ready for delivery. Now, dealer told me they can't sell me the car because they just assumed that I'm going to flip the car! because I have sold my previous car and I've had multiple cars and inquiries under my name. I'm like so what?!! Be careful with their management!! they will do some research on you and go into your personal stuff; such as social media, forums etc.. I told them this is none of your business and I waited 6 months this is not fair! I will keep this car, but I'm sure they will sell this to other customers so they could add a premium on the price of the car(ADM/Mark up). For future customers, please email me or comment here, there's a lot more to add to that.

I'm a long time Audi fan, have owned 6 or 7 of them. I appreciate a good buying experience. We connected with Thomas Swiech at Santa Barbara Audi first over the phone by finding the vehicle on the website. He didn't blow us off as tire kickers, he was very engaged, patient, and answered all of our questions before we made the 100 mile drive to the dealership. Once there, he took the time to answer all questions, create a favorable test drive experience, and kept the price negotiation open and transparent. Will buy my next car from him.

Santa Barbara Audi has provided maintenance for our Audi for the past two years. They have good communication when it comes to confirming and reminders for scheduled services. Their only downfall is they lack quality car washes. During this last visit, my windows were totally missed. I used to live in Southern California and the dealership where I bought my car, provided meticulous car washes. I hope Santa Barbara Audi makes an effort to improve their car washes.

great experience! James/Jimmy was great and no pressure to buy. quoted me a good price and the buying process was quick and easy. Believe it or not I drove from Pasadena to buy my car here! The finance team too made the experience easy as well. Brought my ten year old daughter with me and Darouny took great care to make sure she was comfortable while we did paper work. Darouny was pleasant and explained things well. Looking forward to driving my new Audi A5! I would drive back for another buying experience like this.

Got the car in for warranty repair. helped by Edwin. They were able to set me up with a free rental car from enterprise even though I didn't specifically requested a loaner when I booked the appointment.I then looked did an impromptu test drive of a etron SUV as I was waitting for the car and looking around. Jimmy took care of it without appointment. He was extremely professional and helpful.The car came back at exactly the time they promised. They found a couple of other issues and didn't push me to pay a lot to fix them right now. It was the correct call too as I checked the shock, engine mount and valve cover and they all seems to be minor leak and those parts till functions correctly.

Unfortunately, I didn't have much of a good experience with this place. I was very disappointed when I showed up with my family and I was handed a key rather than being greeted. I made an appointment so I was expecting some attention but I guess this was not the case. I am not sure if this was a misunderstanding or ignorance due to high volume of customers!Definitely not going to do business with them anymore. I have been owning Audi for over 7 years and this was the first time this happened! Their service department is very good though I should point that out.

In the car sales world, a solid dealership crew is not the norm. With that said, this is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Santa Barbara Auto Group. The first time was a lease (hated the car but that's not their fault) and this one was a purchase. I got a great deal from Kegan when he was at Mercedes. He was then promoted to the manager at their Audi store. He brings professionalism and character with him. Solid, no BS guy. Thank you Kegan. Love the Legos. Now, on to James. James was our sales guy. Not pushy at all, showed us around and let us browse when we asked. Never pushy, but gave us the answers we wanted to hear :) We really wanted to buy the car and he helped clear the way. Best part is, we couldn't get there until after close and James offered to stay late (over an hour) to help us with the paperwork and teach us about the car. Amazing people, will absolutely get my referrals!
