There is no reason to continue to put one star reviews, doesn't make any difference, but month ago I end up dealing with manager who was in the lobby , his name Ruben Gurrola as I found out later . I have never experienced such bad and disrespectful service... And no apologies. So long story short . 2 weeks after that I opened new account , different bank and transferred money . That is it , bad service has results.

I come to this bank quite frequently, at least once a week to deposit. I usually come during my lunch which is after 12pm. I arrived to find a sign that they've temporarily adjusted their hours for today and tomorrow... the week of Fiestas. On the day of the Fiesta parade. Hmm a little too coincidental. The almost empty parking lot should've been a hint.

Been a customer over 48 years. It gets worse every year! Have to make an appt for EVERYTHING and then the person cannot help you. Call center impossible to reach. Takes hours! Not enough staff, frustrating to do business in person as you can't "walk in". No one seems to care. Absolutely hate going into Bank of America anymore!! Time to find another bank.

After calling the number on the BofA atm and led through a bunch of prompts, the call was then dropped. No where to contact them, perhaps this will work. The ATM at Cantwell's Market is often very dirty. Other BofA ATM's aren't as bad; this one may be serviced by an outsourced company which often neglects to keep the pad clean. Unclean and needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly. And BofA when there's a number posted for "issues" regarding the machine, make sure the client isn't wasting time trying to get through.

Can I give zero stars?! I used their ATM to withdrawal money. One of the $100 dollar bills dispensed was a fake!!! I realized when I brought it to my personal bank minutes later to deposit. I went straight back to B of A at this location and the greeter (?) who was by the door in a suit told me there was nothing they could do and basically pushed me out the door telling me to call a 1-800 number. Needless to say, I will never use their bank or ATMs ever again. BEWARE!!

Horrible Customer Service . No podía tener acceso a mi cuenta .

Jesus manages this BofA branch like an absolute rockstar! He is always calm, cool, and collected - not to mention incredibly helpful and friendly! This branch has also been remodeled recently and looks like a dream. The entire team is nice and professional. Have had nothing but great experiences here!

Here's a "can't do" guy to avoid: assistant vice president Javier Quintero in Santa Barbara. I asked him to verify funds but what I really needed was to figure out how to quickly move some money around between banks to avoid holds on deposits when my B of A balance was low. Instead of sitting down with me for 5 minutes and helping me figure out I had to just sneaker-net some cash from my other bank across the street, he referred me to B of A central customer service who burned up a lot of my time failing to shorten up a hold on a large deposit made at an ATM. To be fair, another bank said "just call us to verify funds" so I started with asking that and Javier Quintino said he could not do that on an ATM deposit and apparently he didn't know B of A customer service doesn't do it either. The local branches' good customer service was the reason I still maintain any accounts with B of A, but it seems too hard to move funds from other banks to B of A for some reason. I need fewer banks anyway, but until today had planned on keeping B of A and one other since I've been with B of A since 1982.

Find another branch location with which to transact business. The employees at this branch routinely ignore and refuse service to non Mexican Hispanics, especially anyone with visible African ancestey. They use every imaginable excuse to deny service and get away with open prejudice because of the myth that Mexicans and other ethnic groups can never have racist intentions. The less than savoury attitudes and sub par customer service experience at the hands of very prejudiced Hispanics dispel such myth.

The parking here is horrible because every time I come here I am bothered by parking attendant. Clearly I am coming to the bank, where else do you think I am going to go? Kind staff, lines usually long but go quick, and it's right on state street with several atm's, which makes it very accessible, if they could only get a nicer parking person.

Horrible customer service. I just counted 23 people in line, and not one but two tellers just closed their window and left. They very obviously don't give the slightest crap about their customers here. Do your banking literally ANYWHERE else

Not what I expected from B of A. I have been a customer for 30 years and have never seen a branch like this. Outside was dirty, inside was run down. Customer service was bad. I will not visit this branch, again. Which, is a bummer, because I just moved to downtown SB from out of the area. Will have to look for another bank to open an account downtown.

The worst bank I have gone to. I have to go due to my company but doesn't matter what time of day be prepared to wait for at least 20-30 mins. There is always a line and only 2 bankers at the window everyone else if working are just walking around pretending to help. No business line either... and apparently it is not just SB location but Ojai and other branches... Go to Wellsfargo if you can.
