I was helped by Yeimi Garcia . I wish all my professional exchanges were as productive as mine were with Yeimi. She is intelligent, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I will enjoy having her at my local bank for as long as it lasts, as I have no doubt she will quickly progress in her career either within her current employer's structure or someone else recognizes her talent and hires her away.

Using this branch has *almost* driven me to the point of getting a new bank due to understaffing and long wait times.On a good day, there will be two clerks however most of the time there's a long line and a single clerk. As far as I know, there isn't a full time banker at this branch-so your chances of getting a walk in appointment are close to 0.Their hours are also limited. BoA-don't respond with a link to other branches and their hours. The point is that, when I handle business at other banks, I don't have to deal with limited hours and staff.Edit: I removed the second star because I'm just echoing previous reviews and this has been the experience of others

This location has taken advantage of COVID/pandemic restrictions to reduce hours/days of operation and never returned to normal operating hours since relaxing of restrictions. It looks like Chase branch is open Saturdays and extra 2 hours every day (9 - 5pm vs 10am - 4pm). May need to take my business to Chase.Hi Alma, thx for your quick response, but unfortunately other locations won't help when I'm trying to access my security deposit box.

Jarred is an exceptionally friendly individual who knows how to take care of one's banking needs. Effortless on my part, I was able to tackle opening up a savings account and new credit card in no time. I couldn't recommend him along with this branch enough. Stop by and see them if your in the area!

Terrible place. Always just have their doors locked and make up excuses not to help customers. Their hours are 9-4!!! Not f****** 9-12 and let's all go take a break and lock their doors, then come back whenever they want. They literally have a worker there just to tell people they are closed, like what is that guys job why can't he help customers? Just close this bank or fire all your terrible employees

Had a great experience replacing my debit card here in a tough situation, they were really helpful. Jarred Palmquist in particular was very attentive and helpful through this process. Totally recommend this office!

The staff including the manager mean well, but I've had to be there 4 times so far for a business. For example, I revisited the branch after a month because I didn't receive the document that they arranged to be mailed to me. Another request was put in and by the time it reached me, the bank's policy got changed. However, my partner happened to get the same document that I needed at his first appointment. I have also made attempts to reach them by phone, and I had no luck. I can't wait to be done soon on my 5th visit.

This is ridiculous, literally 20+ people in line and only 2 tellers. Manager walking around outside and not helping customers, must be the new work ethic.

9am and only 1 teller. Waited 20 min and the line never moved. Came back at 1015am still only 1 teller. 4 personal bankers and at least 1 "manager". 6 people in line waiting for the 1 teller. ?♀️

Cesar is the man! My wife and I needed to do a blazingly quick transfer without an appointment, and Cesar was able to see us without an appointment. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us, and made sure that everything went smoothly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely slow service with no sense of urgency , managers are talking and on thier phones not doing anything to expedite things canceling my account and swapping banks do yourself a favor and skip this place

Anything more than a deposit then your out of luck. If you need anything out of the ordinary like a cashier's check or a wire then you have to make an appointment which is always days out. I only bank here since its business related. Save yourself and go to a local bank where they will respect and not waste your time.

They wont even pick up their phone! Terrible service, always a line, and not friendly. Anything other than a simple deposit and your out of luck since they will tell you to make an appointment and come back another day. Don't waste your time here and bank somewhere else.
