Was there on 2/14/24, and what a horrible experience. Nobody paid any attention to my presence. Four, yes 4, employees were gathered around the gun counter next to me and never once gave me a glance. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves, and two of them were having some sort of a disagreement. I spoke up asking if anyone was going to help me, and one of them said he thought I'd already been helped. I informed him I had not, and that I was disappointed in their customer service. I asked for the manager. He said he's the supervisor and that they have another store in Ventura that might be better, and maybe I could go there. I suggested maybe he should go work there. I left without buying anything. Super disappointing.

Excellent place to buy tennis shoes, hiking shoes, as well as things for camping and fishing. They also sell sports clothing. Affordable prices, this place is highly recommended.

As locals, we love this oft-forgotten sports store. It's smaller than big chain stores, but mighty. Great shoe deals, and great selection right now, of winter clothing accessories, reasonably priced for families.

This store is awful; please shop locally at Play It Again Sports!! Today: the staff was completely unknowledgeable about their inventory, sales, and ordering procedures. They used every excuse in the book and blamed corporate, their customers, and even Cox Cable for their lack ability to serve their customers. Their store is extremely disorganized and they have no one available with knowledge of their products. They even suggested I buy an item off of Amazon because it would be too inconvenient and untimely to place an order - no wonder brick & mortar stores are going out of business with such horrible service like this. I promise I tried everything I could to purchase what we needed for my son today, and they were completely unhelpful. Because I asked questions, kindly, the manager issued me a "discount," which I greatly appreciated. However, % off of full price items doesn't make up for the lack of customer support or accountability. So disappointed...

Don't buy their tent's. They are selling garbage with bad zippers. By the time you open boxa and find out, you can't return it because box has been opened.
