The people were friendly enough, though did not seem overly knowledgeable.Granted, I had a small order, but as another review mentioned, I heard them trying to figure out where a contractors order was while he was just standing there waiting.There was not one thing they said they would do that they actually did. Whether sending me pictures, ordering the tile, or having it delivered when they said it would be.

Great service and selection!My husband and I used Buena Tile while remodeling our home's interior and exterior. Their product selection is fabulous and their customer service exemplary. We had one small issue (our fault) that was resolved without any hesitation. Highly recommend!!

We are building a rental on the side of our house and I was on the hunt for tile for our bathroom and kitchen. I had a horrible experience at this place, I walked in and no one greeted me, all of the employees were talking amongst themselves about problems with other customers. Once someone finally acknowledged me, she was very rude once I told her the price range I was trying to stay in. She made it clear that they had nothing in my price range, and passive aggressively pulled out the ugliest colors they had and said I could afford those. I highly recommend TILECO over this place!!!
