“First time coming here, and David and Ryan were legends.
I ordered a palette of flagstone and a couple of yards of washed plaster sand. David patiently asked about our project and gave us advice on what he'd order and why, which was helpful for a couple of lay folks. After I ordered, I gave them all the urgency in the world to deliver within the hour, only to give them the old headfake and ask them not to deliver it and to hold onto my palette and sand for future delivery. Ryan kindly obliged and told me not to worry about it after all my apologies.

“I recently gave santa barbara haywards a unfair review, I'm adjusting my comments because its not fair what has happened to them over the last few years, all of us here in S.B. have been blown away by the fast pace of growth in our region, nobody has been able to keep up the pace. The S.B. yard was perfect for how things used to be, uncrowed, simple & inexpensive, but all that has changed, it appears we are in a race for self destruct by over development of what used to be a simple quiet community.So I apologize for my earlier comments to Haywards in S.B. & wish us all luck of surviving this population growth out of control!!!”
