always amazing with my Jaque, he is 14 and has all kinds of medical issues but when I come here I know he is in good hands! Right before they closed the kitty had chocolate but they immediately got to work and help out my little one! I can not recommend this place enough ❤️

This is the best cat vet we have ever been to! We have three cat and two are very spicy. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They work well with our more spicy cats and are sensitive to the humans, too. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We just moved to Santa Barbara two weeks ago And needed a vet for are cat Billy, who has a Pollock, we have taken him to other vets over the year and we have felt lost and confused on what to do next. We decided to look in Santa Barbara and came across the cat doctor, after our visit on Thursday my family and I all were very impressed with Dr. Gina and her staff they gave us hope and made us understand what was going on and how to help Billy step-by-step. today. He went to be sedated so that they can get a clear visual of the Pollick and clean out his ears when we got the call dr. Gina telling us everything went well. and explaining the procedure in a way that I was able to understand the first time Thank you, forgiving, Billy love and making us feel that he's in good hands

AMAZING team, AMAZING vet, AMAZING service. If you are traveling abroad with an animal, take them here! The vet (I can't seem to remember her name) is an expert on EU pet certificates. So helpful, I can't thank them enough.

Receptionst raised her voice and yelled at me after I asked a simple question.After getting a second opinion at the vet hospital it turned out the cat doctors had my cat on the incorrect treatment regimen which has now resulted in fatal consequences for my cat.Do not recommend.

I was looking for a good experience, having taken my newly adopted cat, April, to another vet in town where she had a somewhat traumatizing quick two minute assessment and a $2000 estimate for tooth repair. My friend highly recommended I have April re-evaluated at Cat Doctors. We had a four-week wait for soonest appointment. I now understand the popularity. We arrived early for the appointment and were brought back to an examination room. Our vet technician, Callista, was thorough in her questioning. The room itself was clean and directed towards cat comfort. Dr. Gina was very nice and thorough, examining her for 20-30 minutes and explaining all her findings in detail. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Gina genuinely cared about April's comfort- even providing her with treats after difficult parts of the exam. Cat Doctors is unique- a practice directed to cats. This is very compelling when you have a cat who is scared of dogs. The initial mixed vet we took April too was somewhat traumatizing as there were dogs that came up to her in her crate. April seemed to do very well at Cat Doctors. Coming here felt like going to a specialist. I am very impressed and very happy my friend recommended it. It's worth the wait. The center is located off of De La Vina. There is a parking lot available. Highly recommend.

I called this vet this morning explaining an emergency situation I'm having with my cat that he was peeing blood and they told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks to get him in so I nicely asked to speak with a technician and that lady told me to "save my breath" and that no matter what I say I'll have to wait. This place doesn't care about cats at all!!!!!!

Bad expierence here. Made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. They then did a nail clippings and felt around my cats neck as I said she is coughing and no hair balls coming out. They then shuffled me out the door. They have my card on file. I asked its 15 dollars. They said yes. Card was chrged for 78 dollars. When I called and asked why they didn't tell me about the 63 dollar difference, I was told it is my responsibility to know. Pretty backwards and very shady. I woukd have been fine if they told me upfront. They didn't. Lost business because of it. Go elsewhere.
