This was the last store I called looking for a certain pink tote bag. I spoke with Natalie and she was so sweet and processed my order to have it shipped to the East coast. I received my package and the box condition was bad and it looked as if it was opened. I opened the box and only saw the packing slip. I immediately called and got Natalie again and she gave the information to Alana to assist me. I provided all requested information and while I was awaiting a call back I dumped the box upside down and my bag fell out. There was a lot of tissue paper and I’m glad there was as I believe that prevented the bag from falling out in transit. I was just so upset at the condition of the box that I didn’t look look in the box. I immediately called back and Alana was busy but she called back and I let her know I have my bag. She too was very sweet and professional. I appreciate both of these ladies as they have patience and truly go above and beyond!!! I will definitely shop here again! I love my pink city tote!! 💕💕😊

I am out of state, and I was looking for a specific style that was no longer available online and this store had it in stock. I used the text message service and the person who responded was extremely helpful and friendly! I will definitely purchase from this location again! I also mentioned I was eyeing another bag and waiting for it to go on sale. They recommended a similar style that was on sale! Very pleased!

Even in Santa Barbara I found my favorite shop and I couldn't help but buy a wonderful bag, the very kind salesmen! I recommend everyone to take a tour, you won't leave empty handed!

Megan was great!!! I had concerns about a stain on my purse & she helped me get it off & recommendation for upkeep. Talk about amazing customer service! I bought some other jewelry I love from coach & a gift! Overall amazing experience love this location & will come back!!!!

My boyfriend and I went into the store last night. They had amazing deals and I fell in love with a bag and a pair of boots. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with the bag and a perfume. While I was super thankful, I asked him to return it because it was a want and not a need (obviously). He was greeted upon passive aggressive/ sarcastic comments from the employees. Stating he was there so soon, asking if he was there for the boots I had tried on. He stated he was actually there to return the the items and they were not happy about it, as they were rude and gave him attitude. I assume they work on commission, but the guy who was rude about the situation wasn't even the one who sold us the items. They act super entitled themselves, and I'm glad we chose to return the items and not give them the sale if that's the kind of people they are. Extremely displeased with their "customer service"

The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful finding me a belt. The price he quoted was lower then what the register stated and he was quick to update the system without question. Thank you for your help.
