“This has been my pharmacy for several years, and every time I call or go in, the folks at the pharmacy counter are helpful and pleasant. Having done quite a bit of customer service desk work myself, I know how challenging it can be. I imagine it's more difficult when dealing with customers who are in a bad mood because they're not feeling well themselves or because they're acting as caregivers, which can be so stressful, so kudos to the Carillo CVS pharmacy staff for handling it all so well.”
