9 phone calls in 2 weeks, not 1 return call. When I finally got a response I was promised a call back that day. 3 Days later I'm still waiting. This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever seen. Go elsewhere@@@@

After months of trying to get Sansum to schedule my treatment that was approved by my insurance, they passed me over to Coram. Everyone at Coram was professional, solid and actually called me back. Each person I talked to knew my story and needs, and I was scheduled within a week. In addition, Sheri Dirksen (nurse) came to my home and made the infusion simple, quick and painless. I am thrilled to have found Coram and will continue to work with them in the future. Thank you!

I've been trying to schedule an appointment with them for 2 weeks and they are irresponsive and don't return my calls and don't seem to know what they're doing! I've been calling them every day and they send me around asking me for some or the other information. When I call them back, it's something else they need. I can never find someone to talk to who can actually tell me what they need!

There is one person who apparently had bad service from this company. My experience is exactly opposite. Service was and is beyond what I would normally expect.

What kind of Healthcare pharmacy is this ??? To many issues for just a single prescription ,I always have to be calling what a JOKE!!! Well even tho I get my prescription like every two months but I get it , ...hope you guys can fix that.

This company SUCKS!! I call and is always some excuse why they cant send my daughters prescription. Its been almost 3 months and still excuse after excuse. I placed an order tue cuz they saud everything was clear to send.... well never got it and now they are making more stupid excuses!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!
