Bought a massage gun here hoping to help my neck pain. The product was super low quality, it wouldn’t have even worked on an ant. CVS would not let me return it because I opened the package. I was told to deal with the manufacturer. Very disappointed, wish they would make it right.

This CVS is absolutely horrible, does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their Pharmacy is so absolutely unhelpful, it doesn’t matter what time of day, you’ll call them and wait on hold for hours with no response. I guarantee you they’re not busy enough to not be answering phones, I’ve been in there and they rarely have more than 2 customers in line for pick up. They also always delay my prescriptions despite what the order date was meant to be and now I’m without my daily medication because they delayed it and they won’t answer the damned phone so I’m stuck. Just go to the State Street CVS for your needs, far better.Edit: they picked up my call after many many tries over the course of 5 hours on and off. I had to call the front desk instead and the lady there told me the pharmacy was closed all day - which…? I have never heard of CVS pharmacy having an off day. Something to look into maybe? Whoever owns this wreck. They said it was for their own reasons when I asked further. This is I’m guessing why they delayed my prescription 3 days. Great job guys! Absolutely!

In regards to the pharmacy, I was picking up a prescription I was not familiar with / had not taken before, so I asked if I could be given a general rundown of what it is and what to expect. The pharmacist came over and shut down each question I asked. This felt frustrating and as if I was being gaslit into feeling as if my concerns were not valid or heard.

The pharmacy automated system is so bad and rude. When I want to speak to person about refills I don’t to argue with machine telling it can help when it can’t. I want s person speak to not an automated idiot

This has been my pharmacy for several years, and every time I call or go in, the folks at the pharmacy counter are helpful and pleasant. Having done quite a bit of customer service desk work myself, I know how challenging it can be. I imagine it's more difficult when dealing with customers who are in a bad mood because they're not feeling well themselves or because they're acting as caregivers, which can be so stressful, so kudos to the Carillo CVS pharmacy staff for handling it all so well.

Very bad customer service. I wanted to get some fake nails. I pressed the button for someone to help me out taking it out the glass door. I waited for 15mins to get help! None came. they all were in the front just talking to each other ?

This place is a disaster. There is only temporary staff in the pharmacy. I called to transfer my prescriptions. They said ok 1 to 2 days. I went in but there is a huge line. I called, was on hold for two hours and the pharmacy never bothered to answer the phone even as I entered the store and could see the staff at counters filling prescriptions. Staff in the pharmacy seem to have given up. They told me to go elsewhere. Others mentioned that sometimes the pharmacy randomly closes during expected business hours and they never answer the phone. Staff on the floor just seemed unexcited and lethargic.The lights in the store are uncomfortably dim. CVS corporate should be ashamed to have a store like this one representing their corporate image. After 4 days of trying to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy to this store, I gave up.

HORRIBLE pharmacy. If you call expect be on hold anywhere from 45 mins to and hour or simply no answer at all. It happens every time my family or I call. I’ve even tested them to see if they are just busy or just don’t care about answering. I’ve walked into the store with the pharmacy being empty and they still will leave you on hold. You can hear the phone ringing but they would rather talk or do anything else but answer phone calls. I wish I could give you guys ZERO stars

Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy unless you don't mind waiting every for your Rx, even when they have texted you several times its ready for pickup. Always rude and very curt with a bad attitude, even argumentative instead of helpful! I have since transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy that is efficient, and has great customer service with a smile. Honestly, the worst CVS I've ever encountered.

After purchasing an “Apple Power Cell” phone charger, I went to return it roughly 25-30 minutes later do to a slow charging rate. While the front of house worker Connor (with the long hair) mentioned it would potentially be slow, he failed to mention to apparently CVS does not issue returns on “all electronic devices”. Although he claimed he “mentions this like a robot”, it shouldn’t even matter because I immediately called the CVS on N Milpas St and they kindly accepted my return right away. While I wouldn’t say Connor was rude, his handling of information and condescending demeanor.
