CVS is one of my favorite stores to shop at, my experiences there always have been good ones with the employees always being of good cheer and being helpful. Not to mention the coupons that help me save when I go shopping.

Short staffed but the 1 worker that was there was doing her best and was under so much pressure with the line down the aisle. she called for management 2-3 times for assistance up front and they never came. one employee walked out not sure if his shift was done or he was over it. the pharmacy had 2 lady’s working but was so rude and short worded with me. Either transferring my prescriptions to another cvs or switching to rite aid. so sad

This store is going downhill really fast! They can't keep staff They can't keep the shelves stocked and probably not even paying the bills period! Management is absolutely terrible and the employee's They do have could care less.

There's been multiple times where I am followed by the manager. I don't know what's his name is I just know he has glasses and doesn't wear the uniform. Every time I go in he thinks I am stealing. I kid you not he would be behind me every time. I also have witnessed this before with him doing the exact same thing to a small group of teens. He has glasses and has the audacity to say I saw you put something in there. If his glasses actually worked he could have seen it was my wallet.

This is the 3rd time within 3 months that I've tried to get someone to unlock the lotions! I understand being busy, but when two employees are at the check out and no one is in line to check out and they can't be bothered? I hate pulling the Manager card but this is just laziness, I waited 10 minutes!l

The Milpas CVS is the best! The people in the pharmacy are very helpful and kind to work with. They really care about being there to help the people that frequent the pharmacy. The people working checkout are always helpful and friendly.

The worst CVS by far. Prepare to wait 20 minutes to speak to somebody at the pharmacy then get hung up on before you even get through. It happens literally every time I call. Use the CVS on Carrillo instead. Awful business.

Not the most well stocked CVS but definitely the friendliest pharmacy staff.
