If you have a tall vehicle like a Sprinter van high roof this is your place to wash. Only downfall is that sometimes you gotta wait in line.

Best self service car wash in SB. My routine: start with high pressure soap including on wheels/tires, rinse with high pressure wax, finish with spot free rinse all over. You can do this in 4 mins for $3 which gets all but the micro dirt off.
Then pull forward into the vacuum spots and wipe down the entire car with one or two large microfiber towels. Start with windows (get bone dry), then work on cleaner painted areas up high, finish with dirty areas down low. Move to different parts of the towel as needed. Takes 5-10 mins.
The key to this is it allows you to avoid the dreaded scrubbing brush that (in every car wash) will scrape your paint. Despite the signs that tell customers not to do it, I regularly see people scrub their wheels and tires with the brushes. If you're going to use the brush, at least power wash it first with high pressure soap.

Great self service car wash. They have a presoak, foam bath, a high pressure rinse, and a spot free final rinse that eliminates the need for towel drying.
I usually cover my car with the foam bath before rinsing it off with the high pressure rinse and finally the spot free rinse. This allows for a quick and effective touchless wash. I apply a ceramic spray coating every 3 months after washing and it makes the car easier to clean. You only really need the presoak and high pressure soap if your car is very dirty.

I had trouble getting bug splatters off my van with available tools.
I highly recommend planning what tools you're going to use before putting in any money. There is no pause button. The tools should be color-coded to make it clearer what's what.

Cool spot, the vacuum in the front does not take credit cards. Bring quarters or dollars to use the quarter machine.

Never had a bad experience. Equipment is always in tip-top shape. Someone is usually on site, keeping it clean and makes change when needed. Only go somewhere else when Dalee is too busy.

Easy DIY car wash in downtown SB. Usually a bit of a wait but the location is convenient. They accept credit cards so you don’t have to hoard quarters!

I’ve been here about 4 times in the past 4 months. It’s quick, relatively inexpensive, and everything has worked.
