I used the cold plunge for a few days while in town. Dr. Izzy Lira met me at the door and was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful place and I would definitely go back!

Jennie is great- love the class and her knowledge on how to move for my limitations/injuries and I get in a great workout. And love the sauna/cold plunge!
