I went and got my oil changed today, they did an amazing job, very quick service. Rafa is the best! They did a diligent inspection and even helped my tires out. Highly recommend you check this place out!!!

The staff is nice but the manager is very rude! He tried to upsell me on the more expensive oil. I got my oil changed somewhere else and it was a very pleasant experience. I am glad I didn’t give Fast Lane my business

Called to get a smog done, they said one vehicle in front of me. When I arrived a minute and 30 seconds later they said there was two vehicles and it would be over an hour and that they couldn't do it because it would be too late. Smog is also way more expensive than other places

When I checked out and paid the $151 for a BMW oil service I noticed the carpets were not vacumed. I went back in and politely asked the person who was checking me out why the floors had not been vacumed. He basically said you have to request it and then said he wouldn’t do it because of “my attitude”. The manager apologized for it not getting done and did it himself. I didn’t
bring up that they also did not clean the windows- which is also listed as part of the service. It just makes you wonder what else they didn’t do that they were supposed to do? And, makes me wonder why I’d ever go back to jiffy lube?

DO NOT GO HERE!!
BAIT AND SWITCH! Came in for a smog. Since we were here, we decided to get the oil changed too. Waited 35 minutes to have the car looked at... not a problem. After another 35 min while the car was in the bay and being worked on, it was recommended to get a new $ air filter. After another 15 minutes, we were informed that the car was ready. While paying, we asked for the smog sticker. Only at that time, they told us that THEIR MACHINE WOULD NOT WORK to smog our truck! They were not even going to tell us!! The main reason...which we made clear... had to move our truck to the specific "smog bay"was to get a smog.
I confronted as to why we were not informed asap that they were unable to smog and was given a blow off answer. Now the A/C is making noise, so I'm not even sure the filter was put in correctly!
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Went to SMOG-IT on Anapamu St. They were very nice and did the smog in less than 10 minutes.

I have been getting services for my vehicles for 7 years and everything was wonderful. The right price and professional attention, until I met the manager Rafa . I get that you are busy and stressed about it but you have been doing this for over 25 years if I remember correctly. Mr. manager was very rude from the beginning. I asked him how long will take to get an oil change and smoke test. It took them over 1 hr to do it . ?Long story short at checking out , I asked him why did he have such a horrible attitude and he responded “I have been the manger here for over 25 years and this is how I do things here and there is nothing you can do, as he was walking away from me without handing my car keys . Another employee aware of the situation did not hesitate and answered me. I had nightmares for the past two days about this Rafa manager . I will never come back to that place again. Someone please get him a refreshing course in how to threat a client properly, and clean the place for once.

Don't waste your time or your money here, They will scam you. Just went in with my girlfriend. We were told it would cost about 60 dollars. Went to pay once the job was done and all of a sudden it cost 98 dollars and when we brought up the issue he says he can replace it but we'd have to pay for both changes. They did not tell us about the change until it was too late so we'd have to pay. Fuck these people.

Poor service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I waited outside for 10mins with another guy till I walked in and was greeted with, "what do you want?". I wanted a smog check done and they asked for my documents and I told them they were in an email. The guy said he had never heard of that before and that I need a copy from the dmv, I explained to him I was signed up for paperless and then he asked me to print it. Definitely never come back here again, very poor service, bad attitudes and all around not a great shop to get anything done.
