Stay Far Away from this place! I purchased new tires on E-bay from Simple tire, 305/40/22 for my truck. This place was 1 of there referred installers. So I chose them and the new tires were shipped to them. I set up an appointment to have them installed Friday 3/15/24 at 4 o'clock. The appointment was confirmed. I took off work 2 hours early and checked in at 3:45. I spoke to Jeff at the front counter and he proceeded to tell me he had no record my appointment, even when I showed him my confirmation. He said it never got confirmed with him from the call center. He said there was nothing he could do because he only had 1 tire installer who was new and was doing a oil change at the time. I set another appointment for Sunday at 9 am. Jeff said he would have plenty of installers there. I live 45 minutes away. I drove there Sunday morning at 8:30 , was told that the 1 installer they had would be in at 9am. So I am waiting, it gets to be 9:20 and their installer finally shows up ,a 20 something year old named Armando. He takes another 15-20 minutes to changed his clothes before he comes out to work on my truck. I told him I had a function to go to and needed to work on this asap. Now it is 9:45 and he is trying to figure out which socket he is going to use to take my rims off with. After another 10 minutes searching tools ,it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. I went in and told the service man Harvey that I wanted my truck down off of the lift. I would not trust this kid installing my tires and jeopardizing my safety. Harvey told the installer to put the tires in the back of my truck. The installer just took the tires and threw them on the ground behind my truck and walked away! I wasted 2 hours off of work and $40.00 in gas trusting this place. I complained to E-bay about them. Terrible customer service. Don't do business with these people.

I called on Thursday regarding a specific type of tires to make sure they had them on stock and the guy assured me they did have them so i made an appointment for the following day. My front tires were bad and they were losing air pretty often so tp light would turn off after i put air on them so i decided to have them replaced. when i got there the guy told me he didnt have the ones I asked the day before but only some other more expensive ones so at that point i was already frustrated but i decided to get them anyways. Next hint i know they said one of the tires was missing the tp sensor and wanted to charge me $80. I explained to him that was imposible cause i was getting the signal every time the tires lost their air pressure and it would go off when i inflated the tires. so i told them not to install the new sensor and now i got new tires with a permanent tp ligth on lol. I was so disappointed that i told them not to do the alignment any more and i took the car somewhere else cause i dont trust them anymore. btw ive been a costumer for more than 20 years but this was my last visit to that place.

Sunday afternoon: I had to stop by to check my Engine Oil level.The employee (I don’t know his name) was super nice!!! He came outside and checked my car. He gave me advice and I followed it!!! Got home safe. Thank you.While I was waiting outside I looked up and saw something magical: a Halo around the Sun!!! (See pic & video). At that time I didn’t know what it was but it was beautiful!!!

Recently took my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it as needing a fuel system flush and cleaning a sensor. Went to check out and the bill was more than quoted over the phone, they gave me a small discount. I left the cars engine light was off...good, later noticed splotches all over the car and windows from some chemical that weren't there before. Wasn't worth the time to go complain. Several days later the check engine light was on again with the same code. I wasted almost 300.00 on a service that wasn't really needed and didn't fix the problem. Not going back to this Firestone ever again ( have had good experiences with other Firestone shops not in Santa Barbara)

We have set 2 appointments to have alignment done. Both times the managers says it will be hours until it can be done once we arrived despite the appt. The second appt was set 3 hours prior with the understanding it was slow. The manager denies making the appointment only hours having spoke with him. He then says “ I have a no technician to do the work. This guy has no professionalism and has a problem telling the truth.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So I waited about 10 minutes for service and the person they came out to help me explain to them what was going on after explaining what was going on he told me they were closing soon, so I drove down to American tire were they did help. I now I know to stay away from fire stone tire. They don't have customer service skills stay far away from them.

After 40 years of decent service here I went in for a routine oil and filter change. This shop had done the previous oil chance about 10 months before. There had been no problems or leaks since the prior oil change which they had done. This time after a 3 hour wait they informed me that the oil pan drain plug had stripped out and they had been unable to fix it so I need to pay them another $540 and wait a day for a new oil pan. I refused and drove it home and fixed it for $20 in 30 minutes.

Came in for wife’s 2018 Mazda CX-5, some metal on metal noise began in the middle of a road trip and it was time for brakes. The employees were nice enough, and the job was done same day, but they charged $155/per for a 77105DL rotor that costs $58 retail, and $100 for DG1846 $33 pads. Be prepared for 300% markup over retail on all parts.You may notice a placard in the office to the right, which reads “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business” - Harvey S. FirestonePretty laughable.

There’s nothing wrong with the service or anything they do on my car. I just can’t stand how they constantly take away my Costco sticker so I can’t see when my tires need rotation. Today I went in for an alignment and STILL they had to touch my Costco sticker and pull it off, and then they completely denied that they had taken it off.

Called yesterday to get boat trailer tires. The customer service guy said yes we have room behind our shop for your boat and tow vehicle. When I arrived at the shop I was told there is no space to park the trailer and tow vehicle. I have many vehicles that will not be serviced at Firestone now.
