Cool logos! Regret not doing a one day pass. There are three living room spaces to workout in, but the best equipment area is generally utilized by the trainer. The 2nd room, will be limited as well, as you'll find the owner placing the tripod in front of the dumbbell rack to film himself doing handstands. This is a home gym at best and at $100 dollars a month, limited access, and crowded usable areas. This is far from worth it. The old location was great and reasonable, but this far from former glory. Hope this helps!

Fishers, strength and conditioning is a great gym for someone looking to learn the fundamentals of powerlifting. The gym is an old school garage style chalk on the floor, gym setting.

Amazing powerlifting gym with lots of specialty bars and competition racks, and even an outdoor space for sled pushing

Legit outfit set up for serious work, yet the atmosphere is genuine & casual. I only lifted here once before canceling for something closer to my house. However, the owner was gracious by only charging for a day pass when I had signed a month-to-month plan. So, I recommend based on their equipment & culture.

Awesome old school (in a good way) gym. Great equipment, not too crowded. You pretty much get a rack for yourself every time. Great specialty bar selection. Chalk. Super nice crowd.

worked out this place in my final two months at ucsb. i loved this quaint powerlifting-focused gym. has a good amount of power racks and enough dumbells, benches, and machines for accessory work. the community of lifters here was so welcoming and friendly. the 24/7 private access was perfect for when I'd get off work late. best gym in sb county

Recently came back and the place has only gotten better with more specialty equipment and custom tools for unique work outs. Our favorite place to do a good powerlifting workout and be surrounded by a great and enthusiastic community of people. There is alot of rare equipment that is fun and makes work outs interesting. The atmosphere and space have a great vibe!

Best powerlifting gym in Santa Barbara, hands down! Fisher is great for people who want to train for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding. What I love most is that the community at Fisher is very welcoming — people support each other and hype other members up. They offer day passes which is great for those who wanna try the gym out!

Excellent hard core strength training gym. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, or strongman. Great selection of high quality equipment, specialty bars, etc. No frills, but everything you need to get strong.

Only competition regulation bars, combo racks and plates that I know of in town.

My favorite (and super underrated) gym in town, and I’ve been to several. It’s got all the essentials (plus specialty bars), especially if you’re a powerlifter. Don’t expect to get much cardio done here. Love the vibe, as everyone is there to do their own lifting with no judgement or unsolicited advice, which I used to get at other gyms all the time ?

Love this gym. Has the powerlifting set up and the specialty hip thrust bench is a MUST! Miss lifts here, will be back eventually.
